Property is a 15-20 minute walk to historic 4th Ave. It was spacious and spotless. Well- equipped modern kitchen. Great value. Decor was unappealing/shabby but price made up for it.
Centrally located in the heart of Tucson, this spot has all you could need for a stay in the sunshine. Close to the best amenities and just a mile or so to some world class, authentic Mexican restaurants, it’s the perfect jumping off point to the city. Check-in was a breeze, off street parking is an added bonus, and the space is fully and tastefully appointed with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, each of which was surprisingly spacious. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t wait to return.

Tired Unit!
No provisions in the kitchen like towels etc. Shower floor was very slippery, kind of dangerous. Furniture was pretty worn, but bed was ok. Overall the place was pretty tired and needs some updating.
