Classic Tucson. From this home, you can get to everything central in minutes — 4th Street, University Blvd, Congress St., etc. The home is also extremely close to the University of Arizona, bikeable in 5-7 minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood street with residential properties and a few duplexes mixed in. Some are well-kept, some are not. Some are owner-occupied, and some are rented.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

This is in a prime location, near the university and 4th ave. Its quiet and safe. The kitchen is beautiful, the shower was much appreciated by my 6 ft husband. Added bonus of a working grill where we were able to have cedar plank salmon while we enjoyed the nice weather! Almost everything you need for a great stay. Next time we come to area this will be our 1st choice.

Beautiful Well-kept Home

This was a great stay. Everything was in excellent shape and very clean. I wish we were staying longer to enjoy it more. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable House

We spent a few days exploring the Tucson area, and loved staying in this adorable little house. It was comfortable and the AC was fantastic. We ate at fantastic restaurants, but the kitchen would have been fun to cook in. This isn't a huge place, but for 2-3 people, it is perfect.

Great property, we love staying in this area. The only reason we would not book again is because of the beds. One was really hard and the other was caving in. Very nice property close to university/downtown

We stayed a week and it was a perfect size. Owners were exceptionally responsive. It was possible to walk to restaurants and coffee. We hiked a lot but like staying close to restaurants and bookstores (Antigone’s), so a good location for that. Quiet neighborhood.

Would Stay Again

Very clean and comfortable. Linens felt like new. We appreciated all the outdoor seating options and was surprised that it was still quiet in the house even with conversation on the patio. Great shower, washer, dryer and gas stove. We were also grateful for the little amenities like coffee and laundry detergent on hand. Location was perfect for access to downtown, shopping and food options.

Clean and private place in very nice neighborhood. Had some hiccups with the check-in but I think these were unique due to key changes that had been made and should not be a problem for future visitors. Enjoy Tucson!

Wonderful place

This is a lovely casita that was exactly as advertised. It was super clean and nicely furnished with a wonderful fenced off front porch and backyard area with outdoor furniture to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and in a central area of Tucson near the U of A. The host(s) were attentive and very responsive. I didn't have any issues during my stay, but I felt like the host would have addressed any problems immediately. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to get to stay here again when I am back in Tucson. :)
