Modern Loft Style 2 Story Home located in a Private Lush Garden Oasis in the heart of Tucson and Bike Path to U of A. So many private outdoor areas to enjoy-from lounging on the turf to soaking in the jetted private hot tub to sitting at the cozy fireplace, to Barbecuing on the Grill! Indoors you'll find all the conveniences of home, with a private breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen AND an additional dining area that seats 4 as well. Great Room features leather sofa and cozy swivel chairs with 65" TV and small desk and chair. Private Laundry Room as well.
Up the modern spiral stair case you will find 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as separate dual vanities. King Bedroom has a 55" TV.
Both bedrooms offer a seated desk area as well and plenty of windows for natural light.

From check in to check out everything was top notch. Everything was as posted in the pictures. Beautiful garden area was enclosed and secure which was useful for having our dog out with us while hot tubbing, enjoying a coffee, or just hanging out watching the hummingbirds come in to the feeder. We also could safely store our bikes there, and bike access to the loop and the campus was easy and safe. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around and there was easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and gas. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen nicely furnished, and the grill was useful for our Thanksgiving dinner. Having a dog park close by was an added bonus. I also enjoyed the outdoor shower.The only minor inconvenience is having one bathroom and it is on the upper level. In short, we have been coming to Tucson for the past three years, and for location, price, amenities, layout, and owner contact this has been the best. Highly recommend it and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

wonderful place!

We loved the VRBO! It was so clean, very nicely decorated, great kitchen, nice beds. The spiral staircase was cool. We just loved it! And the hot tub and outside shower were amazing!

Beautiful Oasis

The property is beautifully curated and spacious for a family of 4 plus some day guests. Check in was seamless and Dan was quick to respond to my questions. Its located in a quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. Welcome snacks were on the kitchen counter when we arrived. I loved being able to see the kids inthe hot

Super cute, very clean and comfy inside. One of the advertised exterior cameras appears to capture the hot tub; this may not be a big deal for some folks but we felt weird and didn’t end up using it. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Great place to relax at after days of exploring

Patio is beautiful, attention to detail in furnishings and special touches throughout. Dan was very fast and kind I’d his responses. Would recommend.

Adorable Loft

The garden loft was so cute and such a perfect size and location for a quick, relaxing getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, great showers, a hot tub I took full advantage of, and a cozy living space. The first time you get to the property it’s very easy to miss the alley that leads up to parking, and if you’re using your phone’s GPS to navigate back I recommend dropping a location pin so it won’t take you to the front. The outdoor garden area is private and perfect for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. Would love to stay again sometime!

Great place in Sam Hughes

Really cute place to stay in Sam Hughes with updated decor, well stocked kitchen and great bedding. The private patio is beautiful!
