Bright AZ Sun Room Ă  Midtown Tucson. Au coin de l'hĂŽpital UMC Banner & Univ of AZ. Studio avec beaucoup de fenĂȘtres, un lit queen, coin salon avec deux chaises en cuir, cuisine complĂšte, grande salle de bain, douche Ă  l'italienne et vue sur les montagnes. DĂ©corĂ© dans des couleurs vives, des touches spĂ©ciales de grandes serviettes moelleuses, des fournitures de cuisine essentielles et des articles de toilette. Perfect place to stay!

The "Sunroom" had everything we wanted in our vacation rental! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, clean and bright, with all the amenities we could have wanted. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Tucson.

Perfect for a couple

My husband and I stayed at the sunroom studio while we were in town to help our daughter move at U of A. It was a perfect landing spot for us! Would stay there again! Great hosts and nice quiet neighborhood!

Tucson leg of Arizona adventure

Robin and Bob are wonderful hosts that are available to make everything about your stay perfect. The Sunroom is small but had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We would definitely stay here or another of their properties again.

Great visit to Tucson

The sunroom was perfect for our visit. It was near stores and everything we wanted to do. It was quiet and we could take evening walks. Full size refrigerator and lots of hot water! We had everything we needed. We would visit again.

A lovely place to stay!

My son started his junior year at UoA and I was looking for a place to stay while helping him moving in. I loved the sunroom, comfortable, close to UoA with all the accommodations I was looking for. Host are very nice and communication was great! All in all a very pleasant stay. I would certainly go back.

Great Hosts, excellent communication

We had to cancel because of illness but Robin was great and offered to move our reservation to another date. Communication was excellent too..responses were within an hour and always friendly and helpful.

Within a few miles of honors village and campus so made move in to the dorms easy for our daughter. There are cuter parts of town but this totally worked for my husband and I. Quiet area and the hosts were very responsive!

GREAT for visiting U of A

Wonderful location in respect to U of A, not walking distance, but a short drive. I was curious about staying in a sunroom in July, but read another review that the AC was very good. It was and I really enjoyed all the sunlight. Communication with the owners was fabulous and they had a great binder that highlighted any questions I had. I would stay here again!

Hands down the best VRBO I've stayed in!

My husband and I were beyond pleased with our stay here! The place is absolutely perfect for 2 people (and our 2 dogs) all the appliances and dishware, ect was in great condition. The space was incredibly clean and we loved the natural lighting and the look of the space. Also it has a big yard with beautiful patio seating, which was perfect for our dogs. The Property is right off of Speedway and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We have zero complaints with our stay and hope to stay here again. Thank you Robin and Bob, we really enjoyed it!

So bright and sunny, just the right amount of decoration. Really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Fantastic shower w big white fluffy towels. As I was traveling alone, I felt very safe there.A+destination, in my mind. and Robin accommodated my need to check ia little early handout a little late, too.

Perfect little space for visiting U of AZ

This was perfect for me and would have worked OK if my husband came along too. If you are planning to use this as a retreat for work, there isn't a desk and the kitchen chairs aren't too comfy for long periods. It was quiet and lovely, though!
