We had a great visit. Home was as described, perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to downtown and the airport. Nicely appointed, we had everything we needed. Great host, easy check in, good communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Met our needs - close to airport, downtown Cincinnati and Paycor stadium. Had one question during our stay and the host responded within 5 minutes. We did not bother with a rental car and Lyft rides were easy to get and arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend this place if you want to save money by not staying in downtown Cindy.

Spent 2 nights to go to concerts at Riverbend. The location was perfect for our needs as it was within a few miles from Riverbend. Easy access. This house has been remodeled extensively and provided everything we needed for our stay. We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s but this was without a doubt the cleanest we’ve ever seen - white walls and wood work absolutely sparkling. We had the opportunity to speak the cleaners as our paths crossed as we were leaving and shared with them how much we appreciated how spotless everything was. Few suggestions for improvement include no bathroom on the first floor where you spend the most time. The refrigerator has no ice maker or ice trays. We will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

Our stay was nice and the property owner was easy to communicate with. There is no bathroom on the first floor so know that if going up and down the stairs is not easy.

Great place

It was a great place and served our needs! When we were driving to it, we were wondering about the location, but it was a decent area! If we come back to this area, we will certainly look into staying here again!!

Property is ok, neighbors are loud.

The property itself was newly remodeled with new carpet and flooring throughout the house. The appliances and everything in the house seemed relatively new and in good condition. The central air conditioning is only on the first floor. The second floor is air conditioned by a window unit, but it was capable of cooling the top floor during our stay. The flooring upstairs was a little sketchy, there were areas of the flooring that seemed as though the floorboards might push through the ceiling below. The biggest concern of our stay was the neighbors. After about 10 PM there was loud music yelling and screaming from across the street and from next-door and arguing till about 4:30 AM. There was a brief period of quiet, but then it picked back up again about 6 AM. We decided no to stay the second night because no one in my party was able to get much sleep. I understand that the owner does not control the neighbors, but renters should be aware as we did not see mention of this is previous reviews. The owner apologized but then said that the neighbors had not been a problem in the past.

Perfect for mini vaca

This house was easy to get to from downtown Cincinnati. Took us 10 minutes to get to Great American Ball Park. The host nicely supplied lots of trash bags, coffee k-cups, dishwasher pods, etc. We haven’t had that with any other house we stayed at. The host quickly responded when we had a question about early check in. The house was kid friendly as we had a 2 year old and a 5 month old with us.

A pleasant stay after baseball

This very clean, easy to find, updated home was perfect for our one night stay after visiting the zoo and cheering on the Reds. Our family was able to play cards at the 6-person dining table while we waited for a pizza to be delivered. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There are lots of fans to plug in if you like white noise while you sleep. There is off-road parking behind the house. The showers were very nice and modern. The plants added a nice, fresh touch.
