Don’t recommend

They don’t have a dining room table they claim to have, stove is from 1975 and barely works, fridge is either frozen or not cold enough, bathroom is falling apart, thermostat is wildly inaccurate, TV couldn’t be any worse( replace it guys, it’s like 100 for something halfway decent) the iron lron provide literally leaks and can’t be used, not a single fry pan worth cooking in(again, a 15 expense would go miles). Should be half the price, will not be staying again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to all of the stores on the strip. Clean and cozy. We plan on staying in room 215 every single time we come!

cheap and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Oak square condominiums was decent. The condo was priced quite cheap compared to others in the area. The space was outdated and had not been cleaned well, there was dust/cobwebs/hair behind the doors, dresser, and bed. We stay in the area several times a year and while the room wasn't the cleanest, it was a great deal and it served it's purpose.

Room extremely dirty, property is not well maintained. Owners must not take any pride in their property.

Great Location

We just returned from staying 3 nights at Betty and Tommy's condo it was exactly as promised. Quiet very clean and well maintained. We will definiately stay here again perfect location for short walk to main strip yet located where you can avoid heavy traffic of downtown when driving to or from the condo. We loved it and have already recommended it to friends. sincerely Jimmy & Shelia

Great location, poor front desk

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking was frustrating. Upon reserving I received an email saying my reservation wasn't confirmed and within 24-48 I'd receive an email from Oak Sq. I never did. I called Oak Sq directly and an older man answered and was rude. The week of our stay we still had no confirmation so we called again. Upon arrival (410pm) after a 7 hour drive, we arrive to find the main office closed with a sign saying "Will Return at 5pm). Check in is after 3pm so for them to close from 4-5 to go get lunch is unacceptable. Better planning on managements part is needed. The room was good for what we paid for. The biggest negatives were the fridge froze our drinks and the living room didn't get warm unless the thermostat was at 77,which meant we were sweating in the bedroom!

Wonderful anniversary weekend!

My husband and I spent our 35th anniversary weekend in Gatlinburg at Tommy and Betty's condo. The property is exactly as described; it had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was spotless. The location can't be beat. Numerous restaurants within walking distance of condo and the Ober Gatlinburg Tram is across the street. Would recommend you give this location a try. Wonderful value for the money. Thanks Tommy and Betty for sharing your vacation condo with us.
