This fully air-conditioned villa with a living area of 200 m2 consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with double beds and in one with two separate single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and a TV. Guests of the villa also have a separate toilet at their disposal. The open first floor of the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with everything guests may want during their stay, a sun-drenched dining room and a spacious living room perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The airy interior of the villa will make you feel right at home. The villa's fully fenced, 800 m² garden features a swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5) surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Guests can relax in the cozy outdoor seating area while enjoying cool drinks or prepare fresh grilled dishes on the outdoor barbecue. In addition, the beautifully landscaped courtyard has a covered dining area for 8 people. The villa also has 4 private parking spaces. Labin is a pretty small town that will delight you with its offer and its beautiful old parts that are a combination of Venetian, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Traumhaft schöne Villa

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool waren ein Traum. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort und es war mehr genügend Platz für alle, auch mit acht Personen groß genug. Die Gastgeber waren total freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Leider waren wir im Oktober in der Nachsaison dort, wo nicht mehr allzuviel los war, der Ort Labin ist relativ klein. mehr
