Sounds like you had a pretty great Island getaway! We're so glad you enjoyed the condo, especially that comfy king bed! We hear you on the sofa beds—comfort is definitely one of those things that can be a little different for everyone, but we appreciate you mentioning it. Thanks for choosing Padre Escapes. We LOVE hearing you had a great stay and hope to have you back for more beach time soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear your boys enjoyed the pool and that you had a good stay overall. We wanted to clarify that this property includes access to both pools, the splash pad, and the Pirate Ship playground, so those amenities are available for all of our guests. We also apologize for the delay in receiving your check-in information. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and we're sorry your arrival details were sent later than expected. We also wish we had known about the sand and the washer gasket during your stay, as we would have been happy to have our housekeeping team return to address those items. Thank you as well for your suggestion about adding a vanity or additional mirror in the primary bedroom. We'll be happy to share that idea with the team for consideration. Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another great stay!

Now that's a beach vacation! We're so glad you and your family had such a great time exploring Whitecap Beach and everything North Padre Island has to offer. It sounds like you made the most of your trip—from flying kites and spotting fishermen to discovering local restaurants, shops, and some favorite grocery stops along the way. Thank you for sharing so many helpful tips for future guests. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location, the clean beaches, and found it to be a great destination for all ages. We truly appreciate you choosing Padre Escapes and hope to welcome your family back for another beach adventure soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't get off to the smooth start you were hoping for. We understand how frustrating a delayed check-in and internet issues can be, especially on the first day of your vacation. While unexpected situations do occasionally arise, we apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns, broken refrigerator shelf, and ice maker to our attention. These are certainly not the standards we strive for, and we'll be sharing your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be addressed. We appreciate your kind words about the property itself and are glad you saw its potential. Thank you for your honest feedback—it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the seamless stay you expected on a future visit.

You were fantastic guests! It was an honor to host you and your group for this fun family trip! We cannot wait to host another awesome Padre Escapes vacation for you in the future. Thank you for your awesome review!

Thank you for your review. However, we feel it may have been meant for a camping site and not the townhome with Padre Escapes. Either way, we are happy to hear you had a great anniversary trip !
