Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was exactly as described, it was clean, and maintained, it looked just like the pictures. There was 4 of us and the open layout had enough room, not crowded, we all slept comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and used it every day, surprisingly it wasn't too crowded so that was great! The location was also a plus not too far from the beach and close to stores and food. Plenty of place for our dogs to handle business and bags for clean up. Communication was also a plus with management.

9 day stay at North Padre

Good value for price. A little confusing to check in as there are 3 properties sice-by-side and units have the same number in each respective property. Furniture was a little worn and not comfortable in the living area. Take your own pillows as ours went flat to the mattress when you lay down. It would have been nice to have a hose on the outside water bib to rinse off sand or an outside shower location. Will sleep 4 but not comfortably or with any privacy. We will stay here again if the price is right.

Easy access, ground floor room

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Village at the Beach and would stay there again. It was a 2.5 block walk to be the sand or a 3 minute drive to Whitecap Beach. We stayed in October. The property and surrounding neighborhood was quiet with seemingly low vacancy. The ocean was already chilly and the big pool was cold. I’ve used Padre Escapes for booking several times but I was annoyed they lied to me about the walk-through inspection happening “right now and how lucky I was” and charged me $25 to check-in early when we were already there and knew the room was empty the night before. We tried to book the room an extra night after realizing we would be arriving early but couldn’t online or by phone.

Exactly as Described

What you see is what you get. Loved the location! The communications with the property management were on point. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, pans, and measuring glasses. etc. As noted in the description, be prepared to bring anything compostable with you such as coffee, condiments, trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. The only suggestion for them is to provide bunk beds in the hallway space. Having to set up/ down the couch for the kids was less than desirable. (And we knew that was the situation before reserving the condo so it wasn't a deal breaker.) Overall, we would totally stay again. :-)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been with you guys almost 10-12 years. I am in the a customer service business. in the last 10-12 years I have never complained about the process nor the property but this time everything started from the day they ran my credit card with our my permission. Emily the manager who I know for a long time called me. being a manager is not just calling people and apologizing, its about finding a solution to take care of them. I will probably never go back to y'all again and I will let all my friend about the experience I had. I knew ahead of time my pets will cost this much I would have never brought them with me. I hope this comment will help your service in the future.

Our stay was okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to the beach is within walking distance. The pool and location in town is also nice. Upon arrival the house had a moldy (not fresh and clean) smell. I am assuming it is the rug. There were cracker crumbs on the rug as well. We stated in our rental details there were four people. Upon arrival we only had two towels. We sent a send save through the app as well as called for extra and none were received. Two hours later When I called back the agent wanted me to go to a different nearby location to pick up my extra requested towels. I explained to her that I had a huge problem with her asking me to do this and the towels arrived within 20 min after. The flood light on the porch was angled right inside the front window. My husband saw a maintenance crew in the parking lot. He mentioned the light to them and instead of assisting to correct the problem, they allowed him to use their ladder to remove the bulb. I would recommend for the rental to provide pool towels as well as shower items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner. I was not aware these items were not provided. It would be a nice gesture for those traveling in from out of town and not wanting wet towels to return home with.

Quiet area and loved how close we were to the beach. The furniture needs a little updating as the couch and chairs were uncomfortable after a bit. Owner might want to put in some additional storage in bath since there is very little. Overall condo was exactly what we expected.

Enjoyed our Stay

Nice property - good location and close to the beach. Extra towels and pillows available. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is that the living room furniture was difficult to get up out of. Low to the floor and chairs were very soft. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Location to Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this complex and always loved it. This was the first time at this unit which had a dirty area rug and worn out, stinky couch and chairs in the living room. We were surprised that it wasn't like previous stays. We had to spray around toilet base to get rid of stink but the remainder of the bath was fine. Other features of the unit were as expected and we would stay at complex again. Very quiet and good parking. So close to the beach!

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was very easy through the rental company, as the company was very organized and responsive in advance for check-in and check-out processes. The home was very clean and had the right amount of items needed for our stay. There were two areas for improvement: bathtub drainage and living room t.v. remote. For the bathtub, we had to take very quick showers and breaks between showers for our family of four because the tub did not drain properly and water would back up. For the t.v. remote, the select button did not work and made it almost impossible to use the living room t.v.
