Plenty of parking for multiple trucks/boats, power for charging batteries, safe parking and 2 car garage for storage of fishing equipment. 3 Bedroom (1 king, 2 queen beds), 2 full bathroom & large dining room table. Plenty of room on deck / back yard for fish cleaning. Fenced in backyard.

OPTIONAL DOCK AVAILABLE
-an optional dock is available on the east side of Grosse Ile near East River road and Groh for an additional charge. There is not power available at this location to charge batteries but a place to leave the boat in the water if you wish. Maximum boat size at this location is 23'.
