Staying at R place is a great way to start your adventures in SE, South Dakota. Whether is is for business or leisure we are centrally located with many shopping areas restaurants and easy access to event venues in the Siouxland area. When you are finished with your adventures, R place will provide a quiet and peaceful retreat. Once back in the apartment there is a cozy couch to curl up on and watch your favorite episodes on while access to a full service kitchen at your disposal. With black-out curtains and two separate bedrooms you will be able to hide away and get the rest that you need!

Convienient, quiet, and nice.

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend to vend at the convention center. This was an awesome choice to stay for us. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is very quick access to the highway to get across the city. Street parking and two parking spots available. The apartment was clean, nice looking, and had comfortable beds and a comfy couch for winding down. There are amenities and a few snacks provided by the host. We had no problem having Walmart and Doordash deliveries. The price for this stay was reasonable and worth it. Why stay in a hotel when you could have more room and privacy.
