Perfect setup

We loved this place! It been spacious and nicely decorated, well equipped and had best of both worlds for us… a dock for our boat and a beach right across the street. The house is actually 2 units, we had top floor but rarely saw the renters below. The property managers are very helpful and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay.

This home is perfect to stay with friends and family. It was comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location. Views from the front patio are ridiculous! Easy ride in on the boat as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and gorgeous beach.

First time to Treasure Cay and I’m super happy I booked this place. We followed the recommendations after flying into MHH and stopped at Maxwells for groceries. Stock up! It’s a 45 min ride back to Marsh Harbor.House had everything we needed. We brought basic spices with us, but it was nice that the house had additional. Calvin who lives in the boat house was helpful and communication with Suzanne was great! Always answered my questions quickly. The House itself is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the porch is stunning. You are allowed to swim on the beach across the street and it’s gorgeous! We swam every afternoon. The dock is great if you have a boat. My brother and his crew stayed at another house and they picked us up on the dock to go out for the day. I would definitely book again.

Disappointing and unsafe experience

Review: Disappointing and Unsafe ExperienceThis property was a major letdown and posed serious safety concerns. Contrary to the listing, several areas were shared with other guests, which was not disclosed upfront and felt misleading. The most alarming issue was one bedroom being infested with fire ants—an absolute health hazard, especially for our group member with a history of anaphylaxis, where such exposure could be life-threatening.When we raised the issue, the manager was unhelpful and shockingly aggressive, dismissing our concerns by claiming we brought the ants in our luggage—an absurd and baseless accusation. The infested bedroom was unusable, forcing us to cut our stay short by a day. Despite attempts to contact the owners, we received no response or resolution.Overall, the misrepresentation of the property, the dangerous infestation, and the hostile, unresponsive management made this a terrible experience. Avoid this place unless you want stress and safety risks.

The house and views are incredible. Calvin was extremely responsive. The only negative was no generator. We lost power 3 times in one week.

Relaxing

The house was amazing and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Suzanne and Calvin and Denise were so helpful and very friendly. The beach was amazing. We plan on coming back to this wonderful property next year.

Best beach house with a breeze!

This house was absolutely stunning. It was absolutely immaculate and has the most wonderful view overlooking the beach. We had the BEST Bahama breeze all day long every day. We stayed a week and had the best time. The beaches on the island are unbelievable. The beach across the street is great! Highly recommend!! Groceries are tough to get to - we should have stopped at Maxwells after the airport since it’s a 150 cab ride to it from the house and there’s not much to pick from at the little mini mart down the road so do that first! Great kitchen to cook in just get food beforehand! We stayed out on the deck most of the week since it was absolutely stunning. I’ll remember this week here for my whole life and I can’t wait to go back and stay here again! I did reach out to the owner & property manager a few times and got responses immediately.

What a great house and wonderful hosts.

The house was perfect for our family Christmas away, the hosts were super helpful and we had a wonderful time. We rented a boat and a golf cart for the week and it was exactly what we needed. The owners are there on property to help with any questions you may have and they shared their experience on where to go snorkeling and finding lobsters. A perfect vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! House is located on the second floor and was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property manager, Calvin, lives in the boat house by the dock if there are any questions.

Great location! Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Blue. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. The house attendant Calvin was extremely helpful in guiding us where to eat, drink and have fun!

AMAZING

This place was absolutely amazing! This is our third year in a row staying with this host at all of her different properties. Everything is top-notch and extremely clean. Very easy to communicate with. And the most amazing part is it has a boat dock for your boat if you’re traveling over on a vessel. we will be staying with them for years to come

Best home and host ever!!

From the moment we arrived until we left, this vacation was spectacular! This was our first time visiting the Abaco Island and Treasure Cay. Without Suzanne and Ian we would have stumbled around trying to navigate our way. Our hosts were friendly, kind, and so informative about where to shop, what to visit and where to get fantastic meals when we wanted to dine out. The calm crystal clear waters, friendly people and local food made Treasure Cay one of the most fantastic places we have ever visited. Be sure to visit Green Turtle Cay and go south on the Island as well. Cannot wait to return to Bahama time and the clear blue ocean of Treasure Cay.
