Family villa with private pool, bar & sports

Villa Diva Rogoznica is situated on 2800 m2 large property and it provides peace and privacy. It comes with 4 fully equipped apartments, a large swimming pool (65m2) framed by a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, unheated Whirpool, toilets and outdoor shower, a new poolside Bar and sports (football terrain, tennis court, bocce terrain and children's playground with double swing, seesaw and toboggan).

There is a parking space for 4 cars (160 m2) and a grill fireplace outdoor.

Sport equipment (balls, tennis rackets etc.) is included in price. Besides fun, position and relaxation, villa offers enjoyment in cold drinks at the pool bar (not included in price).

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms - double bedroom and twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room and bathroom. There is a balcony outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and kitchen towels. Also, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, hair dryer and towels. Apartments are equipped with SAT LCD TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioner in a living room.

The poolside bar (for guests only) is ideal place to enjoy food & drinks and to hang around with family and friends. It is equipped with fridges, ice maker, coffee machine, plates and cutlery. Music system with speakers is available and creates nice summer atmosphere.

We, as hosts, interact with our guests and help them with all the inquiries. We take care of swimming pool, garden, etc. While we respect the privacy of all our guests, we make sure that our guests have everything they need.

About LOCATION:
Villa Diva is located in Muljargovi, one of the smallest seaside villages on the entire Croatian coast. There are only three houses in the neighborhood.
The house is 2 kilometres away from the center of Rogoznica. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. The airport is 30 km away.

One of the best way to experience Dalmatian history and culture is to visit beautiful old towns nearby - Trogir (23 km), Split (50 km), Primošten (8 km) and Šibenik (35 km).
If you want to enjoy nature, you will love the national parks outside the place like Kornati National Park (organised one-day field trips by boat) and Krka National Park (50 km).

Awesome house

Ana is really nice and helpful, everything was organized and the house was more than perfect. We had an awesome week there and enjoyed every day. The house has everything you can think of and the facilities and playgrounds are super nice. We were 14 people of friends and would recommend the house definitely. Thank you Ana for everything.

Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück war absolut klasse. Alles total gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten mit der ganzen Familie alle vier Apartments gemietet und von 16 Personen hat nicht eine was zu beanstanden gehabt. Unsere beiden Ansprechpartnerinnen vor Ort waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem TOP! Immer wieder gerne.

Great service and cleanliness. Short drives to nice towns with good restaurants. Great hosts and well equipped apartments. Hardly any English speaking channels on TV’s..

This is even better then the pictures show. Very clean and high standard. Pool area and playground is perfect if you travel with children. Ana and her family are the best hosts ever and will help you with everything you need. We rented the whole place for a family gathering and the privacy this house offers is unique. Fantastic, clean and well equipped property.

Beautiful property even better than the pictures. Pool and pool bar were amazing, we had the whole property for a family event and having the individual apartments was great as you still had your own space but could get together round the pool. Ana and her family cooked us an amazing meal at the property and would recommend you try this. You will need a car but Location was perfect for exploring the National Park, Trogir, Split and Rogoznica itself had plenty of nice restaurants.

Perfect Location for a family and friends

Hi, we had a very nice holiday at the Villa Diva. We came with our family and friends ( group of 14 people ). We had the place for our own and it was faboulus. Our hosts were very nice and always helpful when we need something. The Villa and all the facilities are nice, clean and very well-kept. If we have the chance we would go there again! Geweldig!

Mooier kan bijna niet. Leuk groot appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Groot kunstgras voetbalveld (speelveld), tennisbaan, zwembad, jacuzzie basketbal, jeu de boulesveld en cafe voor 4 appartementen!!! Allemaal erg netjes onderhouden en schoon. Gastheer en gastvrouw in 1 woord top! In de omgeving is genoeg te beleven. Mooie stranden en dorpjes. Wij komen zeker terug. De kinderen [11 en 9] hebben zich geen moment verveeld.

Perfect place to visit this part of Croatia

Great family home with right equipment. The children loved the pool and the tenniscourt. We want to thank the owners for the warm welcome and the great private dinner at the poolhouse. We did visit Trogir, Split, Rogoznica and the Krka park
