The Green Grouper, oversized beach villa.

Fully renovated, oversized beach villa, remodeled February 24'. Big open kitchen and living area, 3 bedroom (2 with queen beds and one bunkbed full/single), 2 full bathrooms, with all top of the line and brand new furnishings. A very short 1 minute walk to the pool area, observation deck, and what is consistently ranked one of the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world!

Treasure Cay is right on the Sea of Abaco with easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and one of the most amazing tropical paradise playgrounds the world has to offer. Do you want to go big game fishing, snorkeling, lobstering, sea shelling, feed the turtles and stingrays, swim with the pigs, bar/restaurant hopping the outer islands, bonefishing, reef fishing??? You can hire one of the local captains or simply rent a boat across the street at Treasure Cay Boat Rentals and do it all! You can also rent a golf cart right in Treasure to explore around the island, and we can help set you up on excursions. There is also a ferry service to nearby Green Turtle Cay as well as a ferry to the popular Hopetown out of Marsh Harbor.

Treasure Cay is still in the rebuild phase but has a few shops, liquor store, restaurants, a new ice cream place, and Flo's famous bakery within an easy walk of this villa.

Ryan was super responsive and the unit was beautiful and spacious. Treasure Cay Beach is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't end up with the best weather (very cold and windy) so we didn't feel like we got to fully explore the Abaco area surrounding cays. If we were to return to Abaco, we would definitely stay at Ryan's place again.

Had a great time in Treasure Cay! A little slice of heaven with the most beautiful beach! The Green Grouper villa was the perfect accommodation for my family! The layout is so roomy and the decor so tasteful! The villa was well stocked with a great kitchen and even the beach towels were sand resistant!! just steps from the beach and the heated pool! What an incredible vacation! The location is absolutely stunning. The property is lovely, exactly as described. It was perfect for our family group-enough space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. We loved the heated pool and it’s easy to see why the beach is among the top in the world. Ryan is a wonderful host, answered all of our questions, had great suggestions for the trip. 100% recommend.

Heaven on earth! From inquiry to check out this was the easiest rental we have stayed in in over 20 years of vacationing as a family. The villa is exactly as you see in the photos and description. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi worked great. This is the most spacious and updated villa. The only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer! We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Ryan!

This gorgeous villa is situated in one of the most beautiful areas in the world. The open layout was perfect for our group of 4. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare freshly caught lobster and fish. The pool is sitauted on one of the most perfect beaches, giving you the best of both worlds. The villa is in the ideal location, being so close to everything you could ever need. Beach, stores, boat rentals and restaurants. Ryan was a great host and a wealth of information. He was a great resource to make our stay one to remember. Amazing villa in an amazing location with an amazing host. This is the best vacation site anyone could ask for.

New Favorite Destination and Stay

Travel was easy to and from the house thanks to Ryan’s rental car recommendations. The house is beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) all newly remodeled with excellent attention to detail and exceptionally clean. We spent our several days boating out of treasure cay marina which was a very short walk right from the house (5 minutes or less). The BVOA community was very friendly and secure with a beautiful pool and security guard making rounds at night making it feel extra safe and secure. Ryan responded to our questions very quickly and had great recommendations on the best local restaurants and attractions, all also included in his detailed welcome guide. I wish we had more time to stay and experience them all, we will definitely be coming back!

Spacious Villa & Gorgeous Beach

The villa is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for me, my husband, my sister, two nieces, and my BFF. We had everything we needed here to cook breakfasts and dinners. The laundry was just a minute walk away. The beach and pool were less than a 3 minute walk away. Ryan was extremely quick to reply to any questions we had. We texted many times while we were in Treasure Cay. The beach is beyond perfect here. Pure powdered sand, palapas, and beautiful crystal clear calm turquoise water. The beach is practically deserted so we had it mainly to ourselves the whole time. The most number of people who were on the beach besides us were a total of 5. It's quiet and relaxing. The pool is great, too. Across the street is the mini mart, liquor store, and Flo's Bakery for breakfast, lunch, or dinner until 7p. We took the ferry from Marsh Harbour to Great Guana Cay (Nipper's & Grabber's are a lot of fun!) and to Hopetown. We rented a car because it's about 30 minutes or so away from Treasure Cay. Be careful of the numerous potholes on the main road. You can take out a tire. Its easy driving even though it is on the opposite side. Hopetown waa cute, but not much going on there besides the lighthouse and Captain Jack's we had lunch and drinks at. We took the ferry from Treasure Cay to Green Turtle Cay. It's the cutest place. I love to go to Pineapple's for drinks, lunch, and a dip in the pool here. Stop by Emily's Blue Bee Bar for the original Goombay Smash. 😋

Perfect accommodations! Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Nice complex with a pool and close proximity to the beautiful beach. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals if you want to. Ryan was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We are from Cleveland, OH, and view the Bahamas as the most amazing vacation place in the world. Our dream of owning a place became reality in 2023 when we purchased this place. We redesigned, expanded and fully renovated the entire villa in the Fall of 2023 and early winter 2024. The weather, lovely island vibe, beach, and amazing ocean playground are what attracted us to the area.

Why they chose this property

This is a very nice, friendly, and secure neighborhood in the Abacos. The pool and beach are very nicely maintained by the wonderful grounds keeping crew. Its right on the most beautiful and uncrowded beach in the world. In our opinion, there are just enough people around the neighborhood to be social if you would like, but not too many to ever feel like its even remotely crowded. The area is monitored by security cameras, well lit at night, and patrolled nightly by a security guard. We also like that it is right across the street from the local shops, bakery, liquor store, and boat rental.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the few true 3 bedroom villas in BVOA. If you have a larger group, I think you will appreciate the utilization and comforts of the space we have here.
