The Bohemian Bungalow is a beautifully renovated home just a short walk from downtown Mobridge, making it an ideal retreat for a group of friends or family looking to explore the town. With three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s space for everyone to unpack and spread out.

The curb appeal will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, and the recently renovated interior perfectly matches that inviting charm with its bohemian chic decor and stylish, modern updates.

We opted to keep the kitchen amenities simple since Main Street is just a short stroll away. You’ll have easy access to the local restaurants, grocery store, bank, shops, bars, gas station and coffee shops.

Nice little cottage

We had a very pleasant stay and the property was as described. It was in a very convenient location and had everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

House

Place was clean, does not have central air. Only has one small window ac for the whole house. Luckily it wasn’t too hot. Has a shower in basement which is fine, however there is no shower in the upstairs bathroom . There is only a bathtub. How many people take baths everyday. A lot of seniors are only able to take showers and access to the basement shower is tricky. We had older family members who could not travel to the basement. There is only a partial handrail going to the basement. And the stairs are narrow.Things that should be done. Lack of cooking utensils. One small window ac in living room for the whole house. No shower in the upstairs bathroom. Only a bathtub. Only a partial handrail going to the 2 basement bedrooms. Stairway steps are also narrow. Beds were good. Also could use some more folding chairs for the house. Would I stay here again absolutely not unless the items mentioned were addressed.

We do want to acknowledge the concerns you mentioned and truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. While the home does have a window AC unit, we understand that central air would be more convenient, and we’ll be exploring options to improve overall comfort during warmer months. We also understand the importance of accessibility, especially for older guests. The layout of this home, with its original staircase and basement-level shower, can present challenges for those with mobility concerns. We’ll be updating our listing to better reflect that for future guests and are also looking into possible safety improvements such as extending handrails. Regarding the kitchen and seating suggestions—we hear you. We’ve already added some additional utensils and will be adding more folding chairs soon to better accommodate larger groups. We’re always working to improve our properties, and your input plays a big part in that. While we’re sorry to hear you wouldn’t stay again under the current setup, we hope you’ll keep an eye on our future updates as we continue to grow and improve.
