Enjoy a wonderful space in the middle of downtown where you everything in walking distance from public parks to restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You can also sit in the backyard and do your own BBQ. There is also a sun terrace available. The house is also good protected from the Downtown noise due to it's unique structure.
