Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on your penthouse balcony watching the sun make its appearance over the ocean. Watch for dolphin, sea turtles, surfers, and kite surfers, or observe either a day or spectacular night rocket launch! Enjoy our fully renovated condo with all the conveniences and touches of your own home. We have all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Laundry is a breeze with out brand new full size washer and dryer. After spending the day at the beach or enjoying our heated pool, you can finish off your day with a glass of wine as you watch the sun slip over the intercoastal and set into the horizon. The condo comes with everything you need to enjoy a month or more away from the cold temperatures and snow up north. We have pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffle board, water aerobics, golf opportunities, shelling, fishing, book clubs, cocktail parties, Mahjong games and more!
