Light, bright and clean home located on a quiet street in the hub of Eugene. Close to bike paths, bus routes and easy walk to many neighborhood pubs, downtown, and University. Fully furnished space with all amenities included 2 bedroom with queen beds, 1 full bath with tub, a sofa bed in the TV to sleep up to 5-6 people. Kitchen fully outfitted for ones needs, toaster, coffee maker, gas range. Master bedroom has french doors that open to the outdoor patio.

The pictures of the property are old. The grounds are over grown and the fence/gate is old and falling down. Once you got inside it was fine but it looked scary from the outside.

Overall a good location and clean/comfortable place to stay. Great communication with owner when we had questions. There is a large gap under the front door that certainly can't help with cooling/heating and the back courtyard is extremely overgrown and was unusable including no umbrella for shading.

Not as pictured.

Great, convenient location but this property is overgrown, dark, dreary and smelled very musty. The whole house needs a deep clean inside and out.

Cottage had strong mildew odor when we arrived,discovered the next day it was coming from the clothes washer. After running a couple of empty cycles the odor was abated. The BBQ is still(previously commented last year) in a shed overgrown with plants, and not usable. The kitchen is well equiped, the house is shabby chic, comfortable Entry gate could use some work, hard to open, on site parking is street parking. The neighborhood is quiet walkable.

Cozy spot!

Our stay was very nice and accommodated the four women our group well. The kitchen was spacious and the backyard area was very nice. Conveniently located.

Cozy, comfortable house convenient to downtown

This was our third stay at this property while visiting family in Eugene. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to downtown and campus. The host was able to accommodate our last-minute request for an early check-in.

Great place to stay for the Ducks game!

Very cute, spacious place to stay for a small group. Not too far from Autzen and located in a lovely neighborhood. Will definitely be trying to stay here every time I’m in town!

Our Christmas Shopping Adventure

We choose this charming little cottage for its location. We come to Eugene to do all of our Christmas shopping during the day and then wrap presents in the evening watching Christmas movies. This place worked perfectly for that purpose.

Perfect Location and House

Great location in Eugene. Within walking distance of multiple things including restaurants, breweries, arcade, vintage shops and small movie theater. Also a short drive away from the ducks campus and stadium. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Eugene area.

Nice amount of space and location- recommend

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our anniversary trip. House is well equipped and has a cute little yard and everything you could need inside. The hairdryer was a good one ( not like a hotel where they’re usually useless). There was a crock of coffee beans to grind fresh for coffee in the mornings, and my favorite thing- the freezer was stocked with two bowls of ice and three trays already making more- the kitchen sink had a filter so you can refill the trays to make more throughout your stay. The host is responsive and helpful but not intrusive at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Eugene.

Family Reunion Getaway

The house is super cute and has all the amenities you might need. It is an older house and needs some costly repairs but it’s super clean the the needed repairs didn’t affect our stay.

Wonderful cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at Lissa’s place in Eugene. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was within walking distance of our training center and some wonderful places to eat. I will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Eugene!

This cute little house was an excellent place to relax after a long day. Its not a 4 star hotel, but it's very comfortable and we really enjoyed the space and it's convenient location.

Great Eugene Location

This house was perfect for walking downtown and to the track. Check-in/out was simple, no issues. The house had some ants and other critters, but if you are diligent about not leaving food or anything out, it was fine.
