Welcome to our recently updated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom third floor (no elevator) condo in the quiet, family friendly gated Bahama Bay Resort! Conveniently located near Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. This self-catered condo is less than a 5-minute walk to the any of the *four* pools (with hot tubs), splash pad, tennis, shuffleboard and basketball courts, restaurant, and (new!) gas grills. This unit has everything you need!

It's just like being home... 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with many upgrades! Brand new comfy mattresses with new sheets in each bedroom, new towels in the bathrooms, beautiful common areas, smart TV's (in each bedroom and the living room!), secure WIFI, a screened-in balcony off of the master suite and living room, parking spaces directly in front of the building, an upgraded kitchen, and two full bathrooms!
The Smart TV's all have Spectrum cable with a ton of channels!

There is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Taking a work vacation? No problem! There is a desk in the living room to accommodate all your work needs!!
The fully stocked kitchen has a blender, toaster, can opener, pots and pans.
We now have a Keurig... Bring all your coffee supplies!!
If you are bringing your little ones we have a high chair, stroller, and pack n' play for you to use :)

The community is gated; a guard is on duty at all times! There is NO resort fee!!
The condo is located on the third floor (no elevator) and overlooks the pond behind the clubhouse. It does not have rear neighbors; more privacy!!

Please note: Since we are not with onsite Property Management, you will not have use of the fitness room. All other amenities - Pools (all 4!), hot tubs (there are 5!), splash pad, beach area, tennis, basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, pool tables, nature trails, and business center (computers/printers) are yours to enjoy!

For any essentials there is a Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General close by. Also close are an IHop, Applebees, pizzeria, Wendy's, a Chinese food restaurant, 7/11, Twistee Treat and Starbucks!

The Bahama Bay Resort is the perfect place for your special family vacation in Orlando. This spectacular first-class resort with a tropical island theme is located in the heart of Florida, only 14 miles from Disney World, near Universal Studios and Sea World. The Bahama Bay Resort is set on the edge of a stunning Lake Davenport with its private sandy beach & fishing dock that extends into 70 acres of lush tropical gardens. Bahama Bay has multiple heated pools and hot tubs located throughout the resort, including the resort pool with its authentic Bahamian bar. There is a fun waterpark-style splash pad for the littles ones, a dedicated playground, BBQ area, fishing dock, nature trails, tennis/basketball court, and a volleyball sand court.! Be on the lookout for alligators, turtles, hawks, blue jays, and a variety of other wildlife as you roam the property. There's no place else like it!!!

The cleaning fee applies to normal cleaning after your stay - washing of linens and kitchen utensils, wiping and vacuuming of all surfaces, disinfecting all surfaces.
An additional cleaning fee may be incurred for excessive mess, stains, or violations of our no smoking policy at the discretion of the cleaners.
Our unit is thoroughly inspected prior to check in and within 24 hours of check out. Any damage reported will result in replacement charges.
We pride ourselves on offering a pristine unit - if you notice an issue upon check in, please report it immediately.

For stays of 7+ days: While I try to supply enough consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc.) to last the duration of your stay, you may run out. A portion of the discount you receive is to cover any of these consumables you may need to purchase during your stay.
