Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents' beach club and pool. And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by the Sian Condominium. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

**THIS UNIT WILL ONLY ALLOW UP TO 4 ADULTS AND UP TO 2 MINOR CHILDREN.

The Sian will be undergoing an elevator modernization project starting around May 24, 2024 and completing around May 30, 2025. This will require one of the three elevators to be taken out of service at a time, however, there should always be two operating elevators.

Apartment on the beach

Our apartment had a beautiful view and location. Parking was a dream after we paid our 10 per day valet fee. The apartment was basic, however in every other way. We had no sponges or paper towels or dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. There were beach chairs and beach towels, which was good because the lounge chairs on the beach were 55 per lounge per day. The pool area was very nice. Our host was very accommodating to my difficulty filling out the online lease, etc..

Nice Area to Stay

This was our second time at this property. We really like the location and enjoy the beach views and access. Both Mario and Ben are excellent communicators, and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return for a third trip.

The facilities - staff were friendly and helpful, the gym was complete, the pool also clean and lovely. The apartment - clean, huge!!!!!! - perfectly appointed with lots of beach accoutrements. The kitchen was completely fitted with all the appliances and large fridge, and any utensil or tool you’d need. Ben NiNatle - responsive and clear in his direction and communication. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Ben for a fantastic stay!!!

Great place!!

Went up for a mother daughter (long) weekend. My 12 year old and very much enjoyed this apartment. It was a two minute walk to the beach from the unit, which we loved. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, ect in the apartment for guests to use. The pool was nice. We didn’t explore the area too much, so I can’t speak for what’s around. The unit has everything you need to cook, as we did most cooking in. Overall we loved the place and would be come back!

In our Vrbo era!

My sisters and I rented this to attend the eras tour and it did not disappoint! The overall location is fabulous with the beach access and local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and inviting and the valet service was fabulous! Can’t wait to visit again!

The apartment had a lot of useful items: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, hats, kitchen well stocked but we didn't cook. Comfortable beds, soft sheets. It's an older building 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work. The apartment also had visible wear and tear. The bathrooms /showers can also use more cleaning There was noise early in the morning from above like 6 am like someone in high heels walking (maybe neighbors getting ready for work)

Great place in a great location

The condo exceeded our expectations. The main bedroom was huge with a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and the living room all had nice TVs. Nice furnished kitchen with small table and large table in dining area. There was a large air mattress/pump that one of the teens used to sleep. The view of the pool area and the beach was great. The host provided several beach chairs and towels. Check in process was very easy and they worked with us on our late check-in due to late flight. The hosts were super responsive, answered all questions and we could actually speak with them on the phone! Parking was valet by the HOA management people. It was $10/day and we never had to wait over 2 minutes. The valet people also had luggage carts to help get the luggage to/from the room. The HOA/Management handled the check-in and access to the pool, game room, private beach access, etc. There was a fee of $30 for every 3 people to use their key FOB to access all of the amenities. It's similar to a "resort fee" but it's a one-time fee, not per day. There were 6 of us, so we paid the $30x2 for our entire stay, which was reasonable for the amenities. The people working the desk were very nice and helpful. The game room had pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The grandkids and I enjoyed them. Good location, Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie were a mile away. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the street. Hollywood Boardwalk area was a mile away.

The host was very responsive and worked with us to change our reservation around when flights were cancelled due to the hurricane on the other side of the state. Valet parking $20 for the stay and valet gave us a great tip for a fishing spot near the Oceanic restaurant at the pier. I would recommend this condo and host and would stay here again. Thanks!

11th floor awesomeness

You cannot beat the view or location. We lucked out, I did not know this area really before booking. You are literally an elevator ride and about 100 steps to an amazing beach. The location near shopping and great restaurants, such a plus. We will be re booking. The patio is amazing! The only thing I would ask next time is that guests have the ability to request a different temperature in the place rather than having it be just 72 degrees constantly . That’s a small thing I am sure that could be corrected. Otherwise, this place is the absolute hidden gem of a place you have been looking for.

A short walk to the beach and pool was nice too. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Valet parking was convenient for $10 a day. The only negative would be, is that we like to sleep in and we like a dark room, the windows can be updated with black out drapes or window covering, it was very bright early in the morning. Only enough seating in living room for 4 people, so if you are more than that, some would need to sit on the dining chairs. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Excellent Stay at a family friendly location

I chose this property as a family friendly place to stay after a cruise for a couple days to unwind and enjoy the beach. The property was clean and quiet. the view from the balcony was amazing. The walk to the beach was quick. The pool was clean and large. We got groceries delivered easily and just stayed on property and enjoyed the pool and beach for two days. It was a great stay.

Property owner stayed in contact. Great condo, right on the beach. My only negative is it’s a bit far from everything. Nothing close to eat or do. Uber is the only option. I suggested bikes with the condo, may help with getting to the broad walk. The condo itself, we highly recommend, location is a negative.

Short stay

We stayed for just 5 days after our 7 day Caribbean cruise. I would’ve rather just stayed here the whole time than the cruise!!!! Just fun and relaxing!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is on the 11th floor overlooking the beach. It was great to have breakfast every morning relaxing on the porch watching the workers prepair the beach for the day's visitors. The apartment is very quiet for the most part and includes everything one needs for a week's stay. The only thing missing would be a fourth chair for the living room (we had to grab a dining chair four the fourth person).For a bit more excitement, North Hollywood Beach is a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute LYFT ride away. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Convenient and cozy

As a family with four children ranging in age from 13 to 3, we loved the convenience this room offered. We made use of the full and equipped kitchen, and the beach access was wonderful. We could travel light and/or save money on beach accessories since the room was stocked with towels, chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, etc. The owners were extremely prompt, informative, and highly available. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Getaway

Overall the trip was great! Property building was nice but older. The service elevator was out of service the whole time. The pool was dated . The condo was nice and big but minor things were broken. The host was amazing to work with. He was easy to get a hold of for questions. Overall we had a great time. This was our first stop before going on our Cruise.
