Our home is centrally located to some of the best restaurants on the Gulf Coast, and only a few blocks away from Mooner Beach with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

6th Street in San Leon is a charming and peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Gulf Coast. The area is known for its relaxed, coastal atmosphere and friendly community spirit.
The close location to Galveston Bay presents the opportunity for water activities such as boating, fishing, and sailing. Local restaurants in the vicinity boast an impressive selection of the freshest seafood available along the Gulf Coast.
Getting Around:
Welcome! Our property features a spacious driveway with parking for 2 vehicles, and there is additional parking alongside the street. We do have a garage door opener, please feel free to use it. Return it to the basket under theTV please, as any replacements will incur a $100 fee.
We do kindly ask that guest refrain from blocking any neighbor's driveways when parking on the street to ensure smooth access for everyone.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is centrally located to some of the freshest seafood restaurants in all of San Leon. We are also midway between Houston & Galveston.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the Game Room is put back the way you found it. $50 extra cleaning fee if it's not picked up.
Clean the grill before leaving (if you used it). Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.
Please set there AC up to 76 in the summer; Turn the heat down to 68 in the winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
