We are "ON THE BEACH," Not near the beach, Not across the road from the beach and Not a short walk to the beach, WE ARE ON THE BEACH!!
This studio condo is right on the beach and faces the Atlantic Ocean.
2 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and beach towels are provided.

The beautifully renovated unit, in mint condition, is in the premier tourist area of Condado Beach, also, known as the “Soho” of San Juan. The views are spectacular and this ‘home away from home’ is tastefully furnished with a King Size Pillow-top bed and comfy pillows for your comfort, along with a new 43" SMART TV to Stream your favorite programming.

Step outside onto your balcony and take endless "selfies," with the ocean as your backdrop. After all, you ARE located "ON THE BEACH!" Best of all, a wide balcony overlooks the ocean and features seating to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The sound of the surf will lull you to sleep each night.

Dreamy ocean views, about which songs are written, this beach front studio makes for a romantic honeymoon or peaceful beach front vacation. If paddle boarding, kayaking or wind surfing are more your speed, they are available at the nearby Condado Lagoon, which is within walking distance. If you choose to maintain your personal fitness routine, while on vacation, you will find a gym just around the corner.  

If sitting on the sand and gazing out at the surf is your preference, we provide 2 lightweight comfy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels and a cooler.

The surf can get rough, and there are no life guards…swim at your own risk. Always swim with a buddy and/or when the surf is calm.

Whether you rent a car or not, (Parking available upon request) you must check out the charms of historical Old San Juan, which is a short bus ride away and the bus stop is just down the street. You will discover works of art by local artisans and experience local cuisine, amidst the 500-year old architecture.

“El Condado” is known for its spectacular stretch of pristine white sandy beach. In addition to its splendid beaches, this location offers luxury hotels, fantastic bars & restaurants, boutiques, night spots and several casinos, all of which are within a short walking distance of the condo. More specifically, Condominium Stella Maris is right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort & Casino, La Concha Hotel, and neighbors to Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Mont Blanc, just to mention a few.

The nearest pool is located next door at the San Juan Marriott Resort. Day passes are available which includes Fitness Room, Pool, and $20 credit towards food & beverage.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%, unless I am able to re-book their dates, in which case they will get back 100% of what they paid.

The view of the ocean!! The location!! Very safe and secure condominium! So convenient to walk to many excellent restaurants on Ashford Avenue in Condado! The AC works wonderfully, cooling the entire unit! Excellent communication with Tim, host! We loved staying here!

Great location. Easy, close access to gorgeous beach. Rental of 2 chaises and a beach umbrella @ 30 per day is super reasonable. Lots of good restaurants nearby but kitchen fully stocked if you want to dine in.

Perfect Place

Tim's condo was so nice. The location was perfect, very walkable to food, beach, shops, etc. We really enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic beach front condo right on Condado Beach! The location can't be beat. It is in the heart of Condado with restaurants, shops and activties all within easy walking distance. The location is fun and lively during the day yet very calm and quiet at night. This was the perfect mix for us. Tim is a terrific host. He provides detailed info, responds quickly to correspondence and ensures that guests have everything that they need for a comfortable stay. We stayed 5 nights and didn't want to leave. Thank you Tim!

Best Location

This stay is perfect for solo traveler. If you are looking to relax and enjoy your stay this is the perfect spot! Tim was communicative and helpful whenever I had a question. Close to many restaurants! Beach chair and towel was a plus!! Will definitely book again :)

Perfect location for beach days and city nights

We loved the location of this property for its direct access to Condado Beach and easy, safe walking to lots of restaurants in San Juan. We rented a car, so we could easily commute to Old San Juan and Fajardo and parking was a breeze with Tim's spot we reserved. The apartment was small and simple but provided everything we needed for our week. I loved how secure the building was, we needed the key fob to enter the grounds and lobby door, as well as for the elevator to access each building floor. Tim provided very clear instructions for check-in and the stay and was very responsive when we had an issue with the gate clicker. We also met a building resident who was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The ocean view, breeze and sound from the balcony were unbeatable! There are some small beach chairs provided in the apartment but we ended up renting an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs each day (20 USD tip).Only feedback for consideration would be a few extra towels on hand. Everything was very clean, but the towels and bedding had what appeared to be some rust stains. Thank you Tim for sharing our beach apartment with us!

Amazing!

Safe! The pictures doesn't do it any justice. I mean Paradise in heaven. Was there for the weekend for my boyfriend's birthday and he was so in love. The fact that we was able to wake up to the sunset looking out towards the beach on the balcony never got old. The room was perfect just for us too and very clean, comfortable bed. We didn't even use the AC we left the balcony door open and just listen to the ocean the Breeze coming inside was so smoothing. The location was close to everything even have a Walgreens open 24/7. Plenty of restaurant options walking distance. Any and everything you can think of Tim had. The kitchen had all the supplies beach towels,beach chairs, a cooler a mini grilled. I mean come on now home away from home is how Tim made us feel staying here. We wasn't ready to go.Highly recommend cannot wait to book my next visit praying that the property is available. Tim was an amazing host

Sleep to the sound of the surf

This small condo is perfect for one person or a couple. Above the beach you can enjoy a fantastic view without too much beach-goer noise. The space has everything you need for a relaxing vacation -- small kitchen, cozy seating, wifi, and clean bathroom. There is a very accessible outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before entry.

The location was perfect. The view was amazing. Lots of dining options in the area. Tim was easy to communicate with. My only suggestion would be to update the towels and bedding as the towels and pillow cases were stained. Clean but stained. We went to Walmart and purchased our own so no boogie for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View and Lovely Little Place

Our stay at Tim’s condo was so much fun. We loved the view and hanging out at the very active beach, with music, drinks out of pineapples, people laughing and dancing and having a good time all around. We loved listening to the sounds of the ocean at night. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.However, I will note that the key card to enter the apartment did not work and Tim will need to figure out a new way to check in guests. Tim had mailed us the key card. However, my wife and I had a delayed flight and did not arrive until 4:30 in the morning, o my to find that the key card was broken and we could not enter the building. We were stranded outside for two hours with all of our luggage after an extra long day of delayed and cancelled travel. Finally another resident let us in the building and Tim returned our calls around 7 that morning and was extremely apologetic. He refunded us a night for the inconvenience.My last comment is that the WiFi did not work for us and went out after about 30 minutes of use. We had to use our hot spot. We were not there to be online and weren’t too bothered by it but I wanted to mention it did make streaming shows on the tv a little more complicated. Overall we would stay here again (as long as the door situation is fixed) and appreciated that Tim handled the situation professionally.

Another great time at Stella Maris

Location and studio can not be beat. spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony. Condado offers many eating and drinking choices. Atebeys is our favorite: try the Atebey salad and their fish tacos!!! the best.Outdoor Jazz festival was amazing!!beach itself had a bit more litter than in years past even with daily trash cleanup.Condado beach is NOT for small kids. The waves and undertow are dangerous. We saw 6 people get rescued by lifeguards during our stay. People were not making smart choices and put the lifeguards safety at risk.Jorges ( building manager) is wonderful Always so friendly .This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed in Tims' unit. He is easy to reach and his unit is always clean and well stocked.

Property is exactly as described. Fabulous deck, beautiful views, lovely beach breezes. Great location near lots of dining and a short uber away from Old San Juan. Highly recommend!!
