Central AC Modern Custom House in the heart of the Cape

The one-acre plot overlooks a tranquil cranberry bog and Vespers Pond via sun-dappled woods, with a rustic feel of the Cape. Enjoy modern amenities such as central air-conditioning, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a living area with a 37' HDTV and a house stereo system. Other amenities include internet TV, Google Home, wireless internet, and free US calls.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms tastefully decorated with fine furniture. On the ground floor are a spacious master suite with a queen bed, a private bath, and a laundry closet. The living area and bedroom have beautiful hardware floors with rugs. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms branching off a sunny sitting area for kids to hang out or play board games. These cozy, sky-lit rooms have a queen and a twin bed in each of them. Next to the sitting area is a spacious full bath with dual sinks. An additional bathroom with a shower can be found on the lower level.

Please make yourself at home when you come and enjoy many touches and numerous amenities. Use the 2-person hammock, beach chairs & umbrellas, cooler, and bikes, even fishing rods, as long as they are kept clean and returned to their original locations in the basement. Don't forget to bring your favorite music, as you can hook the payer to our house stereo for everyone to enjoy.

A key lock is provided for guests to access the house, there is no issue with late arrival or early departure. The detailed location and the code will be provided a few days before check-in.

Tucked away in a pleasant residential area near Rt 6A, the house is near some of the finest Cape Cod attractions - National Seashore Park, beaches, Nickerson State Park, and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Many quintessential shops, galleries, Supermarkets, and restaurants along route 6A are easily accessible.

From late June to Labor Day peak season, only weekly rental is accepted with Sat change over. The quality linens and towels are provided with the cleaning fee, which is atypical in Cape's weekly rental. Many of our guests travel far. We understand that it is important for the guests to settle in as soon as they arrive without worrying about anything.

The washer and a dryer are located on the first floor of the master bathroom suite. Detergent and dryer sheet provided. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion is also provided, along with Iron and hair dryers, and sewing/first aid kits.
