Great experience at this villa, fantastic pool/hot tub, superb location and great communication from the owner throughout. Spotless, other than one drawer that hadn't been cleaned and had a half-eaten cookie on arrival! Would not hesitate to recommend this villa, and will look to return for our next visit.

This was a wonderful home to stay in, very clean and had a well appointed kitchen and ample dining room for the entire family. Hot tub and pool were well maintained. We especially enjoyed the air hockey table and the children’s floats and pool accessories. Our only inconvenience was the very limited parking, with the driveway holding a maximum of two vehicles and the street spaces in front of our rental were already taken by neighbors who never moved the cars the entirety of our stay. I do recommend this property, and the Owner, Sandra, was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for hosting our family get together!

Everything about this rental was great. Sandra was awesome! It took a little while for the hot tub to heat up, but after about 45 minutes it was great. We had a little issue but it was taken care is within in a couple of hours

Thank you for your review. During your stay you were able to enjoy the hot tub after you realized with an email to me that it just needed a bit more time to run and get up to temperature. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

We just stayed this last week in April. The property was excellent, exactly as described and meticulously cleaned, which I really appreciated. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked, great cold a/c. The pool and hot tub with heater were awesome, used it every day. The location was very convenient and centrally located to all the parks and Orlando. We went to Clearwater for the beaches and that was an easy day trip too. One thing we really loved was how quiet the neighborhood was as well. It made it easy to rest. My only pet peeve was the lock box where the key is. It's a little hard to work with. Otherwise, wonderful stay and I would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this Villa. It was our first time in Florida and we definitely made the right choice with this villa. The location is perfect for getting around. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc a few minutes drive from the villa. Disney and universal are also easily accessible from here. Pool was great, rooms are spacious and clean. I honestly dont have a bad word to say about it. We are planning to come back in two years and there is no where else i would want to stay.
