Spring Fling Edmonton

Rental facility was excellent all around. Great spaces and great location for our needs. A bit disappointing though was the online registration which proved to be somewhat confusing and poorly functioning. Clarity by phone was a necessity and the only means to book in at last minute. I was particularly annoyed at the extra initial charge for payment verification which had not been clear at the offset of our booking. Not at all happy to have been required to give photo ID online!!! Kitchen could use better frying pans (a basic need for this type of rental).

Nice place

Nice place. Seems like the hosts have a chatbot system on here which was very frustrating as we (unluckily) had a theft directly in front of the place from our truck and it took asking 5 times for video camera footage with each day being the same "let me check with our team" and repeat that every day until I had enough. That's correct, 5 days of asking for footage and never an actual answer until I told them off and they replied like a human would. The cameras work but they won't share the footage which was frustrating along with the lack of communication or cooperation.
