Added to the tranquility of being in a condo apartments facing the beach, in the condominium of Salting of homes in the quiet beach of the Pond. That is, security and total convenience!

It is distant 4 blocks from a local mini market.

The beach of the Pond has green, clear and calm waters, however your right is suitable for practice of Surf. The left leads to the trail to the beautiful beach Bonete and 4 more other amazing beaches to the distant shore of the Cedar.
Along the way is the rainforest, birds, squirrels, exotic flowers, deserted beaches and clear waters, ideal places for diving. Fishing in addition to creating seafood.

O apto está conforme as fotos, localização ótima, poucos passos da praia. Tem tudo que precisa. Internet boa, tv com acesso ao YouTube. Fica no primeiro andar. Anfitriã muito acessível e prestativa. O que ajudou muito tbm foi já ter as cadeiras, guarda sol e um carrinho pra levar pra praia.

A Sabrina foi muito prestativa e atenciosa antes, durante e depois da estadia. Recepção prática e rápida com instruções claras. As fotos correspondem bem ao esperado e foi ótima a estadia. Apartamento espaçoso, mais bonito do que nas fotos, duchas dos banheiros ótimas, cozinha tem tudo o.que precisa para preparar refeições, a comunicação com a Sabrina, proprietária é rápida e boa. A localização é especial, pertíssimo da praia e da trilha que leva às 7 praias, pra quem gosta de caminhadas no meio da natureza, com vegetação exuberante, riachos, praias desertas... Perto, também no meio da Mata Atlântica, tem as ruínas de um engenho do séc XIX, visita interessante. Tem uma trilha rápida ao lado do engenho que leva a um rio de águas transparentes e corredeiras.

O imóvel é simples. Contém o necessário. Geladeira e microondas em bom estado. Boa segurança no condomínio. A TV está com um probleminha na hora de ligar, mas acaba funcionando bem após alguns minutos. Não há conexão de INTERNET (atualmente é essencial) e diferencia qualquer acomodação, quando disponível.

Apartamento super conservado localizado de frente a praia , tudo funcionando em pleno estado. Ventiladores em todos cômodos. Banheiros em ótimo estado. Quartos com cama que assistem as expectativas, cozinha equipada. Uma graça o apê. Restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias praticamente de frente ao Condomínio Salga, vigilância 24 hrs, não podendo esquecer de falar Sabrina (proprietária) que nos retornou nos contatos prontamente a todas nossas mensagens e duvidas, e de Lucia, super atenciosa, responsável no local pelos apês, que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Tivemos uma ótima estadia...voltaremos com certeza.

Casa excelente

A casa é bem fiel as fotos. Super perto da praia e na entrada do condomínio em que a casa fica tem um mercadinho, adega e restaurante, possibilitando fazer tudo a pé e evitando o trânsito de fim de ano. A praia da Lagoinha como sempre linda, calma e limpa. Excelente estadia de Reveillon.

Pontos positivos: localização boa dentro de um condomínio com muita segurança. Atravessando a rua está na praia. Espaço interno muito bom sala e quartos com bom espaço. Banheiros adequados. Suite com colchão bom. Panelas e louças em bom estado. Os ventiladores são bons e refrescaram bastante. Os chuveiros são bons. A varanda é boa, pena que está voltada para o pátio interno. Pontos negativos: o quarto 2 está com os colchões precisando de troca, assim como a cama de casal. Foram ocupados com 3 crianças e não reclamaram, mas se adultos dormirem já vai complicar. A televisão também está precisando de troca pois está com a tela defeituosa, mas dá para assistir.
