Pacifico C406 is a stylish condo, located in the beautiful gated community of PACIFICO, features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a dedicated covered parking spot.  The unit sits on a hillside and has ocean views while being just a quick walk to any of the 4 massive pools, jacuzzi, and poolside bar and grill in the complex.  The Clubside buildings are great for those that want the amenities of PACIFICO but prefer a quieter location away from the hustle and bustle of the main pools.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children's play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

The unit is accessed from the covered parking area, up two flight of stairs.  With a keyless entry lock, guests can self-check-in at the unit.  Enter into the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room.  The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, full size appliances, and breakfast bar seating for 4.  There is also a dining table for 4 just before the comfortable living space with a sofa, love seat and smart flatscreen TV.  The living space opens to a covered ocean view terrace that is surrounded by palm trees and tropical foliage where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy outdoor dining with a view of the Pacific Ocean.

Just off the living space is the ocean view principal bedroom with a king bed with flatscreen TV and a large ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, an oversized shower stall, a water closet, and double vanity.  The second bedroom sits at the front of the unit and also has a king bed with a walk-in closet.  The second full bath with a large tub/shower, as well as a closet with a stacked washer/dryer sits just off the second bedroom.  The layout of the condo is great for couples and families that want space between sleeping quarters.


Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building.
It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.
Taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
