I left my phone on a taxi and the stuff wouldn't help me look at the camera s to get plate number of the taxis to track my phone also the pool water was cold and there is not hot water in the hot tub

This was one of the best stays on our two week trip through Colombia. Carlos' communication was excellent - he kept us informed well in advance of check-in procedures, and the property was just as described. He also answered questions about the surrounding area and gave tips that were helpful. We enjoyed the property very much and would love to stay there again in the future. Highly recommend!
