Walk to the beach! Air conditioning, barbecue grill, and Wi-Fi.
Located at Avenida da Liberdade 05D, Praia dos Anjos - Arraial do Cabo (near the Camping Club).
House (3rd floor) fully furnished, has 02 rooms with 03 double beds and split air conditioning, living room with LED TV and Oi Tv, kitchen with microwaves, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, utensils in general and treated water. You do not have to buy mineral water because we have a water filter. In addition to bathroom, laundry area, balcony and garage.
The house has a privileged location 200m from Praia dos Anjos, and you can walk quietly. On one side (this one closest to the property) Praia dos Anjos is great for bathing, even for children, due to its calm waters. On the other side is where you can go sightseeing, diving and fishing, where you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the Region: Praia do Forno, As Prainhas and Ilha do Farol Beach, as well as glimpsing the Blue Grotto, Pedra do Gorila among other natural attractions. Praia Grande is 800 meters away and Prainha is 1.2 km away. The place of the hole of the ounce is to 300m, in it it is possible to walk the night, to enjoy the restaurants, pizzeria and bars. Bakery next to the property, supermarket, dive operators, exits for boat rides all right nearby. Other options close to the property are: The Praia dos Anjos boardwalk and the Praia Grande boardwalk where you can enjoy the kiosks. The city center is also not far away, about 1Km.

Obrigado Ricardo pela sugestão das trancas, iremos estudar para por. Desculpe, se no anuncio não está claro sobre opcionais mas sempre informo antecipadamente aos hóspedes na resposta que uso como padrão para confirmar a reserva. No caso de roupas de cama a taxa é para cobrir somente despesa de lavanderia e ao mesmo tempo deixamos como opção para o hóspede trazer e não ter este valor agregado no valor da estadia, mas redobraremos nosso cuidado em informar isto aos próximos hóspedes. Espero recebe-los novamente!!!

Simples e muito Aconchegante
Tive a oportunidade de me hospedar junto com a minha famÃlia (4 pessoas) neste imóvel pelo perÃodo de 7 dias.
Experiencia unica, pois as praias são simplesmente LINDAS.
O imóvel é exatamente como esta apresentado nas fotos, sem contar o atendimento do Alan, Leandra e Beth, super atenciosos e simpáticos (até me ensinou o melhor caminho, pois nunca tÃnhamos ido para Arraial)
Bem localizado, pois fica a 300 mts da Praia dos Anjos e 700 mts da Praia Grande, além de estar próximo de farmácia, mercado, banco, etc.
Nossas ferias foram incrÃveis e inesquecÃveis, voltaremos sem duvidas!

Tudo novinho, imóvel com ótima localização e confortável. O proprietário nos deu várias dicas inclusive para o passeio de barco que foi excelente. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Um bom apartamento.
O apartamento é recém reformado então é tudo novo, acomoda bem 6 pessoas mesmo com apena um banheiro, o Allan sempre solicito, para tirar as duvidas, é bem localizado com padaria ao lado, bem como supermercados e da praça com agencias de passeios e da praia que saem as principais rotas de passeios.
A dica a melhorar é apenas a troca do chuveiro pois espalha muita água para os lados, e melhor o sinal do WIFI acho que está instalado no apto de baixo o que deixa o sinal fraco no andar de cima.
