Unbelievable view, in the best building of Arraial de Cabo, with everything new, decorated with top quality material.

The Loft is located facing Prainha. Quiet, quiet beach, great for family with children and for rest.

Wonderful apartment with side sea view. At night you can sleep listening to the "noise" of the waves.

Property features refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, split air conditioner, Samsung 49 "smart TV with Net Flix, wifi, luxury shower, electric shower, double bed, pullout bed, single mattress.

The fit. comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is the option of a mattress for the fifth person.

Muito boa a estadia no Loft Prainha, conforme divulgado, o aptº estava em excelente condições, o proprietário ( Edgard) muito atencioso. Vou deixar aqui minha impressão do aptº; * A favor: 1- estrutura ( cama, sofá cama, TV Smart, Internet, Bucha Fria/Quente, Fogão) 2- conforto 3 - utensílios ( tem o básico para fazer uma alimentação se precisar ) 4 - local de frente para a praia da prainha, só descer e ir andando. 5 - o loft em si é muito bem organizado, uma recepção bem atenciosa e prestativa. * Contra; * sinceramente não tenho nada a reclamar, só pontuaria a questão do estacionamento, as vagas não são marcadas, são por ordem de chegada, as vezes não irá conseguir vaga para estacionar dentro do Loft, mais isso e uma questão estrutural do condomínio.
