The location was perfect, as it was just two short turns off of Washington St., which has restaurants and other shopping options.The host made this a very enjoyable stay,. It was very easy to access the property and upon arriving the house was immaculate. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room and family room, it was very spacious for 4 travelers (and could accommodate more).In sum, this property helped to provide us with a GREAT long weekend in Augusta!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The property was very clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and hassle-free. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Location, location, location, and this house is in a perfect one! It’s just a few minutes away from Washington Road, which has a Publix, Krogers, and a Fresh Market! There is an abundance of restaurants in very close proximity as well. William has gone above and beyond, providing what one would expect to be found in a short-term rental home. It has a nice outdoor Weber gas grill, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. The listing pictures do not do this home justice! It has 2 separate sitting areas with large smart TVs! The back yard is very large and private. There are so many cardinals in the trees, and the peacefulness outside is exceptional! It was so relaxing! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe! You can walk around or run to get exercise and feel like you are at home! William is an excellent host, is extremely responsive, and takes great pride in this home! It’s definitely a hidden gem!

The stay was magnificent. Beautiful well kept, in a great neighborhood. Our stay nothing short of fabulous. We hope to stay here every time we visit Augusta.

William is an excellent host. Property was very clean and simple. All the amenities worked as should. Great location! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and VERY close to the Augusta National. Host exceeded all expectations. 10/10 would recommend.

Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Beautifully decorated! Clean and comfortable. Abundant supply of towels. Patio was a plus! This host thought of all the little “extras.”

We arrived at the home for check-in promptly at 4 pm. Upon arrival we found the residence had not been cleaned and prepped for our stay. I reached out to the host and he responded immediately and was very apologetic and had a cleaning team at the residence quickly and they did an awesome job at rectifying the issue. Sometimes signals get crossed so I approach all things with grace. Overall the property was great as it met our needs and we would stay there again when we return to Augusta. I recommend!

I want to give five stars or more! For some reason the APP didn’t show the five stars option. Only four. We had an exceptional experience! Our contact for the property was kind and receptive the entire time. We would truly love to come back on our next trip. The residence was clean, home-like, and very comfortable. The location was central to all the things we wanted to visit. We were there for a wedding. Such a perfect place for friends and family to enjoy. I can’t compliment the experience enough. Thank you so very much!
