Nice and cozy apartment decorated and equipped with every detail in mind, with a small balcony, with lots of sunlight and ventilation, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, banks and more; in a very safe and quiet. 1 block from the main access avenue to Puerto Vallarta, with accessible transportation just 1 block away. Ideal space to enjoy with your family, spend a season doing home office, a business trip or a weekend ... you will have a great time

Newly remodeled apartment, on the first floor, fully furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed, fan, TV, with Netflix, a/c, closet, full bathroom, living room with sofa bed, breakfast bar, utility room, balcony, kitchen equipped with stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, with all cooking utensils. With hot water, gas and Internet.

The apartment is super well located in a very comfortable area because 1 block away you can find all kinds of transport, taxi, Uber or truck either to go north or south of the city.
and most importantly, just across the avenue you will find the beach!! and the shopping center "Plaza Genovesa" and the next block is another shopping center "villas Vallarta" where you will find everything!
