Me enamoré de St. Thomas y Sapphire Beach y este apartamento que está completamente actualizado. Así. . . . Yo tenía que tenerlo.

Sapphire Beach es tan hermoso y la gente es muy agradable; es increíble y te hace ser en St. Thomas aún más notable. El apartamento es muy bonito por dentro. Es como estar en casa, pero dando un paso fuera de la puerta de entrada a su propia playa privada. El condominio cuenta con todo lo que usted necesita para hacer sus comidas si desea permanecer en el, sin embargo, que están tan cerca de los maravillosos restaurantes en Red Hook se puede cenar con facilidad y regresar al apartamento para disfrutar de la noche en la playa, tal vez con una copa de vino?

Esto es el cielo en la tierra y tan asequible. Venga a visitarnos y podrás volver una y otra vez.

Great vacay

This is a wonderful, safe location on St. Thomas. The beach was incredible and easy access. I would suggest you rent a car to explore the island. Our only issue was the check in. Luckily, we arrived at 4:30pm. The office staff was in the process of leaving as we tried to check in. It would have been a horrible start to our vacation if we had missed them. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful. They did get us checked in quickly. There needs to be a better process or at least more directions given.

Beach paradise

I only have 2 negative comments despite stay for 2 months! The unit did not have any beach chairs which was an issue because we wanted to go to other beaches too. The no smoking policy is not enforced, we had renters across the way that sat on the stairs and smoked, this meant we had to close the windows and put on the air conditioner. It wasn’t just one rental group it was multiple times. It was extremely annoying!

lovely modern condo steps from the beach

we spent four nights in this unit and it was a lovely choice! the photos that are posted here do it complete justice - it really is as modern and up to date as the photos depict. kitchen is very well stocked with every utensil you will need, plus basic staples such as coffee filters, coffee, dishwashing detergent, spices, aluminum foil, etc. additionally, there are many items you might need that you won't want to bring: beach towels at the main office, a cooler, beach/pool noodles, sun hats, a random snorkel tube... the condo is truly steps from the beach. you can rent snorkel and other water equipment on property, and there are plenty of beach chairs and lounge chairs. red hook is 2 minutes driving and there are so many restaurant options. the ferry to st. john is right there as well (we took the car ferry - super easy). only downside is that this condo does NOT sleep 4 - with one kingsized bed, it sleeps 2 comfortably. thankfully we were traveling with only one of our kids, so it wasn't so much of an issue, but i honestly don't think you can fit more than a family of 3. i'd rent this condo again for certain - it really is beautifully done and i LOVED the kitchen!

Thank you for the kind words, I am thrilled you enjoyed the condo and appreciated the modern kitchen. There is an inflatable queen sized bed (with an electric pump) in the hall closet which can sleep two additional people (depending upon their sleeping styles). And there is the ample sofa.

Poor contingency ability

We had a late flight and got to the property. Poorly marked and nearly impossible to find even with a seasoned taxi driver “Alexander” who stayed with us. The back up after hours phone number was never answered even after 14 calls. Got into the condo and there was no power. Call and texted and crickets. Had to find a security guard to inform me it was a power outage. Management didn’t care and said sorry about the island wide outage. No courtesy call? Well…..American Express and them can fight it out especially even the courtesy of a call back was requested. I have shred the truth and yes crummy about the power outage but just a little courtesy could have gone a long way.

Location, location, location! Fully stocked unit, well maintained, great location.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teen boys) absolutely loves this place. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Judy thought of everything. Not to mention the lovely decor. There were various size coolers we used as we explored the island as well as a beach tote. Board games include Sorry, Yathzee, cards, dominoes and a few puzzles if you opt to stay in. There are two air mattresses but our boys opted for the comfy couches. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms. Although there is A/C, the breeze off the water was enough for us, we didn't use the A/C. We did lose power one morning in the middle of making breakfast but a quick look online for VI power outage showed it was the whole island. Luckily the oven/stove are gas so we were able to finish cooking breakfast before heading out to the beach. Again, she thought of everything. The beach is one of the best on the island, great for wading, swimming and snorkeling as it has a reefs on either side populated with sea life and sea grasses in the middle that bring in the sea turtles. Plenty of beach lounge chairs for guest use and an SBCW staff member to help. There is a pool and tennis court, but why use the pool when the bay is so inviting. There is a lot you can do on the island. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

My stay was absolutely beautiful, the unit was beautiful and had awesome island vibe to it. The beach was gorgeous! We snorkeled and saw sting rays, sea turtles and lots of colorful fish. The beach is very layed back we swam out as far as we liked and even sat by the beach in the evening listening to the waves. Highly recommend!

Misleading for occupancy

I was under the impression that the condo slept 4! Well, it does not!!!! My husband and I had to sleep on the couch 😒

We are sorry that you had that impression, Jessica. There is only one king bed listed on the property. We often get inquiries as to alternate sleeping arrangements and we are careful to let folks know that there is only a couch and love seat in the living room. There is also an inflatable bed in the closet if folks are up for that. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Condo was very clean and modern. Perfect size for my family of 4. Bed was comfortable, area was safe, beach was beautiful and really close. Marina was walkable, did jet skiing there but also offered lots of other activities. Free chqirs to use at the beach, also on beach resturant/bar. Residents we all friendly and helpful. Condo had tons of kitchen appliances, even a crock pot which i think all should have but this was the 1st ive seen in a rental. Close to the ferr, all and all would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best steals I have found in awhile. The only bad thing about any of this was that the GPS on St Thomas is not very accurate and initially took me to the wrong place. At first I thought I had been scammed but then one of the locals redirected me and I also called the property manager who guided me to the right spot. Once I got there it was basically a paradise. The beach is right there and the view was amazing. If you are the high maintenance type that needs five star service and needs to be catered to every minute of every hour of every day then this property is probably not for you. However if you are looking for a gorgeous location for a great deal and want to get your money’s worth then this is the place for you. The outside decor is a simple Caribbean condo style decor. However once you go into the condos they are absolutely amazing. Spacious, clean, well kept, tons of amenities and supplies, outside patio, etc. I mean the place had things I didn’t even know about such as extra cooking supplies and condiments in the cabinets, tons of extra towels, pull down bed and much more. Overall just simply amazing. The mattress is a little less comfortable than what I am use to but it was still more than adequate. The beach is right there and there is a beach bar shared with the adjacent resort. Redhook is right down the road and Duffys is the place to party at night! There is nothing bad about this property AT ALL!

Excellent well kept apt on the beautiful Sapphire beach.

Only two small negatives. The roosters crowing way before the sun comes up and the toaster was broke. 99.999 percent highly recommended

Nice room, WRONG LOCATION

The property itself was nice, but the location was NOT what was indicated on the map location. Property managers were NOT HELPFUL and not considerate, bordering on the line of rude and unprofessional.

Great apartment

Great apartment, clean and we'll appointed. The online listing stated that their was a couch to sleep on and I assumed it was a pull out couch. Ended up being just a regular couch, and didn't find any sheets to use to make it into a bed. The location on the listing is very misleading. On one map it shows the listing on Cowpet Bay, within walking distance of St Thomas Yacht Club. The address shows it in the middle of the island. The actual directions state to go to Sapphire Bay and Crystal Cove where the unit is actually located. We had to rent a car to get around as it was too far to walk to the yacht club.

Home Away From Home

We have enjoyed our stays, the property, and property management staff are impeccable. We are a repeat guests and have have become very close to the property management as family. I highly recommend this property. Only steps from Sapphire Beach and one mile from Red Hook (shopping, groceries, ferry to St. John, and restaurants galore). The unit has a beautiful kitchen well equipped with all that you could possibly ask for. My only suggestion to management would be if you do not like an extra firm bed, please consider a foam topper but, otherwise all is well on island time.

Changes that will benefit visitors

We loved our stay here. It is listed to sleep 4 and there is only one bed in the condo. There is a couch that 1 person can sleep on, but certainly it does NOT accommodate 4 unless you count a blow up mattress as a good option. There are no blankets in the apartment and the pillows are so old they are flat. Not great for sleeping well. Of course the location is the best.

Thank you for your review. The listing notes that there is only one king size bed and one bedroom, so yes, the two other folks do have to sleep on the sofa and/or an air mattress. The property has on site management (which is where guests check in), so if there is a need for additional bedding (including blankets and pillows), towels, etc., guests can get those items from the on site managers. There are extra sheets and pillows in the closets in the condo. Thank you again for your comments. Judy

Lovely property and great location

This property is overall a great place. The furnishings are beautiful. It is very up to date. The location is fabulous. just a stones throw from the beach. A few things to make the stay even better would be to get a new grill. it is falling apart(the neighbors let us use theirs) Also beach chairs that you could take to other beaches would be a great addition. But other than that 5 star property. We would definitely come again.

Nice renovation! Good location!

We loved our stay at this condo. It has been nicely updated inside and the manager is super nice. The blow up bed has a hole so the second couple had to sleep on the floor. Be sure to take (or buy) everything you need if you plan to cook in. There are no staples (sugar, flour, etc.) but the gas stove is great!

This unit is very well appointed. Kitchen was beautiful & had everything we needed. Close to beach, check in very easy, questions answered. Parking was tenacious but doable. Minor inconvenience was no landline for local calls & no DVD player. Beach attendant, Diane was her usual wonderful self. Check out a new barbecue restaurant Da Coal Pot, best meal I have had! We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at this unit,

I am an international tax accountant that loves the ocean and traveling. This condo is my slice of heaven on earth. When you see it, you will know why I love it. I also fell in love with the people in St. Thomas. The locals are wonderful and helpful, all you have to do is ask and they are more than happy to help you with anything you need and share great stories if you are interested. One of the things l love to do is ride the local bus. It is an open air taxi that stops right outside the entrance of the condo and cost $1-$2 depending on where you are going on the island. It is a great opportunity to experience the local residents and they will help make sure that you get off at the right stop all you have to do is let them know where you are headed. It is also convenient and I never fail to learn something from one of my fellow bus riders.

This is the most beautiful beach with gentle breezes, soft sand, and warm water. It beacons you at all times of the day and the water is warm and beautiful.
