The layout is perfect for groups. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean and new. Communication was great and they quickly helped us with any questions we had.
We go to Broken Bow every year and this was one of our favorite houses. Beautiful decor and very functional for a large group with children. Awesome game room and house is very well stocked with anything you may need. Highly recommend this property!
Checked in and property was clean. We found several items that did not work and we weren’t told about them. Living room TV didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Paddles for the ping pong table were missing. Holding brackets for the ping pong table net were missing. Lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Fire alarms were chirping due to the lack of new batteries. I wasn’t completely satisfied that we weren’t at least told about these items. Probably won’t be staying at this property again.
There were a few issues with our trip. Originally when we first got there, one of the restroom doors would get stuck so bad it felt like you’d be stuck inside and then it made the worst noise ever and sound like it was ruining the door. I was supposed to send them a video but then we had an issue with the automatic fireplace and because it was 9pm they wouldn’t send anyone out and the conversation I had with the rental place was ridiculous. So I never concerned myself with the bathroom door. The water pressure for shower was non existent. The place overall was plenty roomy and nice. Would be nice if there were pot holders. And there’s no large skillet for cooking for a large amount of people. And the arcade game didn’t work and the ping pong doesn’t work. And the thermostat in the bunk room is locked and we couldn’t turn the heat on and it was 59 degrees where one person stayed.
