Hermosa casa remodelada completamente amueblada y lista para vacaciones en el hogar aléjate. Esta casa de vacaciones incluye patio al aire libre y parrilla, lavadora, secadora, refrigerador, estufa, microondas y cafetera. Toallas, champú y acondicionador se proporcionan para su conveniencia. Esta casa es muy amplia, con más de 2200 pies cuadrados con 2 plazas de garaje. Convenientemente ubicado a solo unas millas del aeropuerto, tiendas, mercados y Vegas Strip.

A clean & modern home close to the Strip

We had a good stay at this home. The homeowner was very helpful & responsive to all questions. There were minor maintenance issues needed; the owner seemed very interested in fixing them asap. The location was good. The decor in the home and amenities were good. Internet connection was great.

Australian family holiday

I recently stayed here with my husband and son plus my brother’s family of four. This house was located close to all we needed to see and do and the house was immaculate and served all our needs. Considering there was 7 people in the house, we never felt on top of each other. Would most definitely stay here again. Megan

Nice getaway

Property was as described (couch was different) and very spacious. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies including some spices. Ly was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The location was good based on all the activities we wanted to do.

Great Stay in Vegas

It's not easy to find a place for four couples - one with a toddler - that isn't insanely expensive, by this spot was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, including space, and Ly was wonderful to work with. The house is in a nice, very quiet location, right off a main street and just a few-minute drive to the strip. It was the perfect spot for our large group. Very clean as well!

Gracious and nice host, pictures were slightly misleading

The property did not have a furniture layout as shown. Interior was much more sparse and the back patio was not especially clean (the grill was absolutely filthy and partially broken). The host is super nice and let us check in early and we had a great time tho.

Ly, just to let you know, on the step landing one of the edges was not installed properly and would come off if we stepped on it, and the toilet upstairs in the hall would continue to run unless we moved the handle up to stop it after we flushed it. Just to let you know. Just like here, water is an issue. Thanks, we had a good time. Bruce

Great for Family Gathering

We stayed in this great home for a family gathering at Christmas. It was exactly what we needed. Spacious living room, family room, and dining area allowed us plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other. The kitchen is nicey stocked for a rental and it is very close (less than 1 mile away) from mutliple grocery stores. The water pressure throughout the house is great. Hot water was hot quickly. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap and towels. The beds were comfortable. The washer & dryer worked very well. Having basic cable TV was nice to watch sports and christmas stuff on TV. My only "complaint" is that the grill outside was/is very dirty. It looks like prior renters never cleaned it. :-( It really needs some TLC to make is usable again. This is by no means a deal breaker, just an observation. I definitely hope this property is available for our next family gathering.

Absolutely the best bang for your buck

This place was extremely well kept, updated, and cozy. Communication with the property manager was easy. Some spices and cooking essentials were available to use. Just a short drive to the strip. Certainly the best place you can find with multiple bed rooms for the money. Total comfort and cleanliness. I would certainly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing House For My FIRST Homeaway/AirBnB Rental!

Me and my friends really enjoy this house!it is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.i was surprise with all the amenities that came with the house.there was more than enough during my 6 days of stay.Ly was also well connected to me when certain amenities was out and needed to be replace/restock. #WorthIt

Great amenities! Close to strip

The home was as advertised, nice and spacious and well maintained. We were pleased that we didn't have to worry about laundry detergent, dish detergent/dish soap, or soap in the bathrooms. There were extra sets of towels and linens, and blanket, everything was well prepared for our stay. It was VERY clean, that was our experience. One factor in booking this particular home was the patio and grill - which Ly provides propane for. Cooking our own meals saved us hundreds of dollars in comparison to if we had stayed in a hotel. We give Ly 5-Stars for her preparation, hospitality, and communication. Thank you Ly! This will be our first choice for future visits to Vegas!

Comfortable home conveniently located near most sites.

This home is located in a quiet and what appeared to be in a safe neighborhood. As well, it's located near shopping, restaurants, and about 12 minutes from the Strip. The interior of the house is roomy and is equipped with most essentials to make the stay feel like home.

Awesome family vacation!

This home was perfect for our mini family vacation! We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner and forgot most of our dishes and utensils but the kitchen had everything we needed. The entire home was stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would love to stay again.

Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed

My stay at Ly’s place was great. The house was well equipped with kitchen items, iron, shampoo/conditioner etc. it had everything we needed. I want to emphasize that the house is CLEAN! Ly has a bad review from a previous guest so I was worried and asked her about it before I booked. Turns out, her cleaning lady moved and she was in the middle of finding a replacement. Seems like her new one is doing a good job, we were very happy. Overall- good location, responsive host, clean and spacious house, what more can you ask for? Thanks Ly :)

The whole house was dusty & dirty. All the beds were dusty & dirty. The night stands were dusty and filthy. The bed sheets were dirty had hairs & blood stains. The couches downstairs had trash on it from mc donolds when we arrived. A lot of trash under the couches. The chairs for the table to eat were very dirty also , extremely dusty home.

worse experience/home I have encountered in my 15+ years in using homes from VRBO

Property location is close to Vegas Stripe but it's within the airport area that noise from airplanes could be an issue to some. Planes still land and depart around midnight and early in the morning. The property is claimed to be newly remodeled. It's only true for flooring and painting. However, we noticed the following when we checked in : - dusty floor; - sliding door to the yard is old with grease on handle & lock that prevent us to touch & open it to the yard, - bath tub in the master room is having patches of under paint/coating exposed, - inside panel of the master room door is damaged, - coffee still left in pot & filter not cleared / emptied out; - closet storing extra linen & towel is not properly placed & stacked, looking untidy and in a mess in appearance, - water kettle and other cooking utensils are greasy, - only 2 rolls of bath tissues was in the 2.5 bath on our 1st night, - lack of cleaning paper towel and dining napkins; - iron board is broken without legs; - lack of cutting board for food preparation, only 1 small plastic fruit cutting board available We called and email owner Ly on lack of essential items in the house. She was responsive and had arranged the items be delivered on the next day. The worse we had came on our 4th night. A bed was suddenly collapsed & broken while my brother (6' 1' of 170lb) was sitting on 1 side of the bed (note there's not a sitting chair in any bedrooms apart from those 8 in dining room). To our luck, my brother was not hurt. The whole bed titled on 1 side and it's impossible & unsafe for anyone to sleep on. By taking the mattress and box spring out from the bed frame, it was found only 1 instead of 3 supporting legs in the cross mid-section was in place. The side supporting frame is also seen with broken nails (undetermined if it's a cause or a consequent). We inspected beds in other rooms and noticed none have all legs in place. This explains the squeaky sound & uncomfortable sleeping experience. We reported to owner Ly who was apologetic and offered refund for our remaining 3 nights of stay. To avoid injury from any other safety issue potentially existing in the house , we altered our travel plan and leave 1 day earlier than planned once we secured our alternate accommodation. Note that, unlike other home I had stayed before, there isn't a booklet available in the home listing key information of the house and the area around it, actions expected from tenants when check out etc.
