Beautiful 3 bedroom house with heated modern pool

This southwest beauty is located 4 miles/10 min from the Strip in gated community.

My commitment is to provide safe, clean, and luxurious atmosphere for my guests.

Beautiful new home and new heated pool!

Suitable for 6 guests looking for a quiet place.

Pool is heated for $50 charge per day, just need 24 hr notice to turn the heater on. Winter pool hours are 8a-4p.

Please note that nightly prices can vary drastically depending on seasonality. This is not a party house and I only allow up to 6 guests to stay in the house (additional guests may stay for a fee)

Please respect neighbors and don’t play loud music especially after 10p. No large gatherings more than 10 guests (bbq or similar events are ok).

Outside of house is equipped with surveillance at all time. This is to protect guests from intruders as well as to protect the property. Inside the house is equipped with alarm system guest can use while staying if they wish (code provided upon check in), but there are no recording devices.

Pool is not fenced. Must exercise extreme caution with children in the pool or backyard who are less than 12 years old and don’t know how to swim. Adult must be present at all time when children are using pool or playing in the backyard.

No glass in or around pool. Must use aluminum cans or plastic cups (cups provided).

Artificial turf gets really hot in summer and can burn if not careful. Use umbrella or pool towels to cover turf when walking or laying down. Flip flops provided for use in backyard when hot outside.

Travertine tile around the pool is hot and slippery. Use caution when using pool; no running, diving or horseplay around the pool to prevent injuries. Smoking is only allowed outside in the backyard and this includes cigarette, cigar and weed.
Pets are not allowed. You will be responsible for any damage caused by pets or other guests.
