Description de la propriété:

Magnifique propriété en bord de mer conçue avec beaucoup d'accents uniques. Terrasse spacieuse, aires communes à aire ouverte et dans un quartier calme. Gùtez-vous en vacances dans cette maison!

Livin 'On A Prayer propose 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Les tailles de lit incluent un roi, une reine,
 une couchette Pyramid avec une reine sur le fond et un jumeau au-dessus, un canapé-lit queen et un canapé-lit double. Un pack n play, une chaise haute de table, un matelas à langer et un lit pliant pour petits enfants sont également fournis. Des oreillers, des tartinades et des couvertures sont fournis. Les draps ne sont PAS fournis, mais sont disponibles à la location.

Livin 'On A Prayer est situé au 230 Topsail Rd à North Topsail Beach.

Cette propriété accepte les animaux! Des frais non remboursables de 175 $ + taxes par animal s'appliqueront. Limite de 2 animaux par réservation.

Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de cette propriété.

Fantastic beach week stay

Livin On A Prayer is a great little spot. Could not be closer to the surf. Very well laid out property with unusually roomy living area in the center, comfortable beds and bathrooms on each side but with their own ocean views. Kitchen was very adequate, although if planning anything above and beyond, bring your own equipment. For most, it has everything you would need. Living room was much larger than I thought, most of the time the pictures make it look larger than it really is, but not here, very roomy. Very clean, hardwoods throughout made even easier to keep clean while there. Perfect views from the deck. Could perhaps use an extra chair or two out there, although it does have a small picnic table with bench seating Overall, a fantastic property. We will be back for sure.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

Livin' On A Prayer is a wonderful beach property. The location, the ocean views/access, and the layout of the beautifully renovated home were all excellent. Our family of 7 enjoyed one of our best Thanksgivings this year, and this lovely property played a big part in it. Highly reccomend!

Great Location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and constant view of the ocean. The house overall was cute and met our needs with a couple of exceptions. The stove/oven seemed to be going out and the shower heads were in dire need of replacement.

Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location on the beach was perfect! It wasn’t crowded at all, and is just a few miles from restaurants and grocery stores. I didn’t rate it a 5 only because there’s a charge for even basic supplies. Towels, sheets, even trash bags. I don’t agree with that at all. Other than that

Already plotting to come back

Wonderful. Excellent location on the beach that makes you feel, smell, and hear the ocean all day every day--a delight. Looks recently renovated, and they did a great job. The only "complaint" we had is that we'd really loved to have two more deck chairs. ;)

Wonderful Spring Break!

Unbelievable location and view! My husband and I had a great week here. The house was clean and we loved walking just steps down to the beautiful beach and ocean. Most days it seemed like we had our own private beach. We definitely plan to return to Livin' On A Prayer!

The location was amazing but there were ants in the kitchen and the rugs smelled of urine. We lit candles and washed the rugs.

Family reunion over Labor Day

We had a great time and everyone said they would come back and rent again. What I loved was the two main bedrooms each had sliders out to the deck. Big open kitchen into living room and windows all across the wall facing the ocean so you had great views anywhere you sat. It’s an older home with a cottage feel to it.

Fantastic Location

The location makes this place! Just a few quick steps down off the deck and you’re on the beach. It’s also fairly close to groceries, restaurants, and shops. The bathrooms are both quite small, especially if sharing with family/friends. Overall we had an amazing time!

On the Atlantic Ocean (Literally)

Excellent location on the Oceanfront. 40 foot and your feet were touching the water. (PERFECT!) The home was nice, typical house rental, nothing fancy and everything you need for a relaxing time. We had one minor issue with our home, but not impacting to us in anyway. I contacted the property management and made them aware so they could fix/replace the item at the end of our stay. We definitely recommend and would/will stay again. Thank you.

This was the perfect beach house for our family! Loved waking up to the ocean view. Rooms were very big for a beach house...loved the huge kitchen table too! We would defy stay here again!!!

Perfect open cottage for chilling at the beach

We really enjoyed the open concept of this home and the spectacular ceilings just draw you in. The large table served as puzzle station and dining table. The location and views were spectacular and just far enough away from the busier areas of the beach. All the amenities for cooking were there as well. A few extra lamps would be nice for the bedrooms. All in all it was the perfect get-a-way for us and the weather could not have been better.

Ok space Great locale

House needs updating in bedrooms and bath. Great location. Home exterior needs work. Great deck and locale parking underneath not accessible due to sand accumulation. Glad to see owner do dune protection planting. Well wired and tv access. Kithchen renovation done well.

Outstanding location and layout

The house is right on the beach with a deck and stairs leading down to the beach. Loved the layout - plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. Seafood tools too! There is a nice set of heavy/high beach chairs (not in pics) as well an opening for umbrella insertion in the picnic table. Inside central air augmented with some window units - stayed very cool despite the vaulted ceilings. The furniture has been updated from the pics and there is a new stove with a ceramic top. Bonus that it survived Hurricane Isaias. The only downside was a lack of communication between the homeowner and Lewis realty when repairman came to fix the oven and the hurricane clean-up.

Great relaxing place on the beach with great views and sounds of the ocean.

Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean and sand. Great property with bedrooms facing the ocean. Walk down the steps to enjoy the ocean or stay on the large deck to enjoy and relax. House is beautiful and has everything that you would need!
