Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located train boxcar turned stylish airbnb. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the features of downtown living. The boxcar is directly behind an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

Wonderful stay, perfect location!

If you're coming to town for anything taking place in downtown Wichita, this is the PERFECT location. Walkable to shopping, dining, a gym (1 block away), and plenty of entertainment. This is my go to when I'm in town for business. I even walk to my office! Do it.

Downtown Hideaway

We enjoyed our long weekend in the Boxcar. Everything was clean and tidy. Location is right downtown and convenient for the arena- though it's a bit of a walk to dining/shopping. The adjacent event center had a party Saturday night but we could barely hear them. The only thing sub-excellent for us was a lack of storage space. Unpacking is hard since drawers are sparse- no closets or cabinets.
