Tracey will show you around the house quickly and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden and beyond it are horses you can view and a lawn large enough to enjoy outdoor activities! The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver.
