Condomínio muito chato - vá sem crianças e animais.

O AP e bom, limpeza e estrutura, mas peço que não aceitem mais animais, levei um cachorrinho e ele estranhou o AP, optamos por não deixar ele ir a praia porque o Maltês e uma raça que tem muita alergia, ele latiu um pouco e o ZELADOR CHATO DEMAIS fez uma varredura no predio pra descobrir onde estava meu cachorro sendo que era dia e outros cachorros no predio latiam, fizeram questão de ir a praia e pediram pra pegar o cachorro, o mesmo teve que ficar no colo da minha esposa, NUNCA MAIS ENTRO NAQUELE PREDIO Lá se vc tiver bebê pequeno lascou, eles te expulsam.

Quando aceitamos um pet imaginamos que o hóspede tem bom senso e que vai cuidar dele. Entretanto deixaram o filhote sozinho no apto e ele ficou latindo o dia todo. Tanto, que deu para a portaria 'rastrear' de onde vinha o barulho, pois não parava! Isso incomodou os vizinhos, que acionaram a portaria. O zelador fez seu trabalho de zelar pelos bem estar do condomínio e foi muito mal recebido e quase agredido pelo sr. Alex. Hóspedes assim não são bem aceitos no meu imóvel e não recomendo aos demais proprietários.
