We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

Enjoyable Experience!

Flew my daughter in for the weekend to go to HHN and wanted to be close to the park and the airport. This was perfectly situated for both. We actually stayed from the 13th to the 15th, nice weekend getaway with friend and family. Beautiful property, pool is heated and there is a bar! Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Perfect for Vball Nationals

We stayed in this condo during my daughter’s volleyball nationals tournament. It was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the tournament instead of having to pay for daily parking at the convention center. We had 4 adults and 3 kids staying in the condo and it was plenty of room. Several restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance as well.

Great Unit for Convention Center Event

This was a great unit and location for our Convention Center event. It was about a 15 minute walk. Unit was clean and had most everything we needed. We did have trouble getting into the unit as we were not sent a new door code after we paid for early check in, but that was resolved quickly.

Comfortable Stay...

Cool space, comfortable beds, nice view, and very close to the community pool ans game room. The only negative is the bedroom off the kitchen has a frosted glass panel. The frost coating stops somewhere around 5'8" high. This leaves for a clear glass panel at the top. Any tall person can see right into the room while walking by.

This rental was perfect for the great location near the convention center. The condo was close to the pool and grocery store. Loved the walking/running path around the lake. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The place was clean and had all the things we needed.

Being a 4 bedroom unit, only having 2 baths was a bit tough. 3 of the bedrooms having to share a bathroom wasn't ideal but we made it work.

Stay if you do not mind doing chores during vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, but I won't use it anymore. If you like "self-service," this is for you. The location was great, but the maintenance wasn't good. The place was dusty, and the bedsheets smelled as if they spray it but not washed it. We try to spend time on the couch after eating, but the smell and dust do not give us a chance. Also, we have a problem the first day with the bathroom; after flush it, the water started to come up. I called the emergency number and the person in "charged" said to fix it by myself. I asked for EXTRA towels (with kids, you know how it is), and this person again told me to wash my towels and reused them; that is why we had a washer and a dryer. They do not provide bags for trash and detergent, so we had to go shopping. If you are like me, I like to be prepare, and I bring almost everything from home, trying not to go to the store and lose time. Inside of the condo was hot for me and my family 72 F is hot! I spend the nights waking up because it was too hot, I tried to get the air conditioner lower, and it was LOCKED. And lastly, we were exhausted after a week of doing Disney and Universal, plus we spent two days in Miami for Mother's Day; I had to: clean dishes, empty every trash can, and empty the refrigerator because you can't leave anything unopened. So because of that, the day before to go home, I was packing, cleaning, and leaving the property ready. We couldn't have breakfast on our last day at the condo because of the inconvenience of leaving everything clean. With kids, you do not have enough time to do that. They were super tired, so I leave them to rest as much as possible before being on the road again for almost 10 hours. Conclusion: If you want to relax and enjoy yourself without doing chores on vacation, DO NOT STAY.
