Ce magnifique condominium de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est situé sur les îles de Cay Commons, faisant partie de la première communauté de villégiature de Vista Cay à Harbour Square. Il est parfait pour les familles, les voyageurs d'affaires, les retraités, les célibataires ou les couples. Ce condo est décoré par des professionnels, y compris une télévision HD de 52 pouces dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat de 20 pouces dans chaque chambre supplémentaire. Pros: Very well-located, well-appointed, and clean condo.Cons: The furniture is old, and since we arrived late in the evening, we were caught off guard regarding toilet paper; there were six of us and not a single spare roll, so we had to rush to the store just two minutes before closing time.

Caroline, We spoke about this prior to your arrival, but again, we only supply a starter package for arriving guests. This includes a roll of TP in each bathroom, shampoo and soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags. Spacious condo near Univeral. Plenty of freeparking near unit. Elevators made it easy to get luggage to the top floor. Great views. Especially liked the quietness of the property. Well maintained with washer/dryer in unit.

This condo and location was perfect for us and our activities in the area. Our host Anthony was extremely accommodating and a great communicator. We had a small issue and he was on top of it immediately for us. We will definitely look to book again next year.

Overall, a very good place in excellent location for our group of 4 attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center- just 5-6 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful view towards the lake. We could watch the 9pm Sea World lightshow and other theme parks' fireworks from the balcony!!! Left a note with recommendations to the owner to consider: 1) dishwasher worked once, then failed to work (called, left message); 2) one room was very cold (needed more blankets); 3) the 2-bed bedroom lacks a closet (which exists but is unaccesible)- consider adding a portable closet if want to keep the 2 Full beds, otherwise substitute for twin beds; 4) time to replace plates - lots of them are chipped; and 5) seemed there was a wasp nest in the balcony (please remove).

Perfect Place to Stay For a Few Days

This property was the perfect place for my family to stay when going to Seaworld. You could see the Seaworld fireworks show from the balcony and it was an easy and quick drive over to Seaworld!

Just what we needed

We planned a get away and a few days at Universal for my son for Graduation. Booked this condo, and it was just what we needed. It was spacious and accommodating. Great view of the fireworks in the evening. The pool is right across the parking lot, within walking distance. It was clean, and exactly as described. Would stay again!

We went for the Premiere Hair show at the convention center. It was a very clean and beautiful condo. Management was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was really convenient to the show and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning looking out over the lake and watching the wildlife. Very peaceful place in the middle of the typical Orlando chaos.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of five! Although our arrival was later than planned—around 6:30 PM instead of 4 PM—we discovered the unit hadn’t been cleaned yet. I reached out to the owner, who responded ASAP and let us know the cleaning crew were running behind but additional help was on the way. Since we were heading out to dinner anyway, the timing ended up working out.By the time we returned, the cleaners were just finishing up and were very apologetic. We completely understood—things happen!Throughout the week, we visited SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove, and being only 10 minutes from the parks made everything incredibly convenient. After long days, we loved coming back to relax at the condo’s pool or unwind in the comfort of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry were huge bonuses! After dining out the first night, we cooked our own meals the rest of the week, and having a washer and dryer made it easy to keep our swimsuits and clothes fresh.We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider returning for future Orlando vacations!
