This Listing includes (Pad 1 & Pad 2) 4 queen comfortable beds, along with a sofa bed if needed. You will walk into a brand new kitchen: new granite counter top, new cabinets, new appliances, new furniture, new walk in tile shower. Laundry room is only allowed for guests who book for a week or more. Dogs are allowed but no CATS!. All pets are to be approved with a $60 Fee per pet. Guest will need to pay fee before receiving code. Cameras on site - see Rules for locations Curious about what makes Downtown Winston so Wonderful? Guests Can use the whole Space. Laundry Rooms are only allowed for guests who book for a week or more. The home is located on a main street where you can walk down the street to Old Salem Museum & Gardens Winston Salem Public Transportation is just about 2-5 minutes to the home.
