I have rated my stay - 5 stars purely only exceptional customer service that I received from your Field Op Roland. His customer service, professionalism attitude and responsiveness is exceptional. He is very client focused, ensuring that everything is attended to and goes up and beyond his job description. Positives: The accommodation - had great views and a very comfortable bed and very clean. Negative: when the air con was off there was a strong odour coming from the sinks in the kitchen. Also the broken lounge marble tabke which has been temporary glued and the marks on the kitchen table and bedroom table, is it a bit of a letdown, considering the rest of the accommodation. These certainly need to be replaced in order to get five stars for accommodation..
