Fitted with brand-new furniture, the whole space is bright and airy, with breathtaking views that you can see from the balcony. The living room is spacious and has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) where you can comfortably relax and watch your favourite Netflix shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

There are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with two double beds. The beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

All the bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the private beach, the gym and the swimming pool.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

You will find different restaurants nearby, such as Atlantis Restaurant, which is 5 minutes drive away, and the Anatara Tower, which also offers other restaurants and bars (2 minutes drive).

Many shops will be near you: Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes drive - an enormous mall inside Palm Jumeirah. You will find a variety of shops from clothes, to jewellery, to skincare and restaurants. The pointe mall also has an open beach area with an Atlantis view.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
