The dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 6 persons, where you’ll devour your home-cooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances featuring a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine for your convenience.





Master Bedroom

This heartwarming bedroom features a king-size bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You'll have access to a walk-in closet.

An en suite bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a sink.



The second bedroom with a similar style featuring two single beds.

An ensuite bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.





Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay.

Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions.



The Neighborhood



The apartment is located at Anantara residences at Palm Jumeirah. For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Dropzone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina, and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.



You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina.

AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the residences where you will find all the stores that you might need and a grocery store is a just short drive away from the residences.





Getting Around



There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
