Welcome to this charming top
of the hill, Ocean View condo in Lihue. This super clean home offers an enjoyable stay for guests remodeled with 100% non toxic building/ linen materials as well as cleaning choices. We also have 3 Hepa air filters to maintain healthy air in the home. With 2 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms, you'll have a comfortable and relaxing sleep. The property also includes convenient amenities like a low EMF On Demand WiFi, a washing machine, an iron, AC in alll rooms. Each bedroom has an organic latex mattress. The 2 bathrooms
are well-equipped with everything you need, including a hair dryer. Immerse yourself in the cozy ambiance of this condo and make unforgettable memories. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We do request a phone conversation to book as this is our second home. We hope you understand. All taxes and fees are included except a one time key/parking fee of $20 collected by the Resort per their policy. On a case by case basis, we will accept children 6 years and older. The condo is an end unit which offers extra air flow and we find most days since the weather is so mild, windows open, ceiling fans on and sliders open (they are all screened), the breeze is amazing. We hope you love it as we do.

Great location to get around. Owner was very responsive. We normally stay on the west side of the island with family but had friends staying in Lihue and this the was a perfect place. Beautiful views from the pool area. Great place to hang out.

I am an environmental engineer who has spent much of his career building healthy homes so this home in particular has a lot of attention to detail with formaldehyde free furniture and building materials as well as a very low EMF design. What makes this property unique

Corner unit with extra lanai provides ocean view on both floors and excellent airflow... Is as non-toxic and healthy as you can make a condo. We have even opted out of the smart meter and had the electrical service replace with an analog meter and my neighbor unplugs on all of his Wi-Fi as well so you are truly in a non-toxic building space. You asleep like you've never slept before. Even the water system enables you to drink right from the cold tap in the kitchen and it has zinc in it so the filter can never mold. We take great pains to keep this place mold free and we even don't use toxic test services as we opt for borate because it's a healthier alternative. There are stainless steel options for cooking and all of the linens are washed in fragrance free detergent.
