Six bedrooms, four full baths, three king beds, two queens, six twins

Built in 2011 and designed with plenty of room to unwind.

The Main Level:

-Enormous, open concept living, dining and kitchen.

-Hardwoods and lots of natural light deliver casual elegance.

-Two master suites, with king beds and private baths.

- Large secondary bedroom, perfect for the kids.

-Expansive dining room will seat 28 (seating for 16 provided)

-Fully equipped kitchen, with granite and stainless steel.

-Living area with comfortable seating and a huge flat screen TV.

The Lower Level: (Entry to the lower level is from ground level and you access the upstairs main level from the stairs outside.)

-Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king.

-Large bath/shower with grab bars and room to maneuver wheelchair.

-Kitchenette with microwave and mini convection oven.

-Open concept living and dining with 50 inch flat screen TV.

Each level of the house has its own full sized washer and dryer.

Three beautiful outdoor spaces:

-The front porch for sunsets and bird watching over the pond.

-The back porch for a view of the gulf and a constant breeze.

-The lower level has a huge covered patio with picnic tables.

-Two charcoal park grills await steaks and the catch of the day at the back porch

Having a large family and needing several bedrooms can make finding a place to stay difficult. This property has everything we needed. This stay makes our third and hopefully there will be many more. Tonya is fantastic and quick to take care of any issues. Definitely reccommend!!

It was the perfect house for our family. The downstairs was perfect for the couple that joined us with a disability service dog. It gave them privacy and a place to go to when the couple were tired.

This was our 2nd year to stay here. We absolutely love it. The house is always clean, easy to access, close to the beach, and very roomy for big groups (there are 17 of us) This is our 4th year renting from Tonya, as she has other properties on the island, everything is always perfect. She is a great host. Thanks again for another great Port A Vaca! We can’t wait to be back next year!

The house was easy access to the beach and to other parts of town. Very clean, plenty of cooking utensils, and lots of space. If we come back down to Port Aransas we are renting here again.

We lived in Port Aransas for 12 years and enjoyed living on the water! We purchased this home in Nov. 2014 so you can enjoy the beach and fishing with your family! We are excited to share it with you and your friends and family. We hope many cherished life-long memories are made here by both your family and ours!

Why they chose this property

We chose the property because it was in Port Aransas and because it's right between the beach and the pool. The street is not a through street and does not connect to other streets in the neighborhood. Kids can skateboard or bike without worry about traffic.

We also love the views. We can see the sunset, the bird pond and the gulf from the porches. For us, this is a restful place where we just enjoy all the special wonders at our doorstep.

What makes this property unique

This house is great for large groups of families. It's ideal if you want an easy walk to both the beach and the pool. The generous sized bedrooms and living areas mean you'll never feel crowded, and the many outdoor spaces will give everyone a place to marvel at the peaceful beauty. (Sitting out on the back patio at night is fabulous!!)

The house is also well suited for groups, yoga workshops and church retreats. (Yoga classes can be arranged for you if that is of your interest group.)
