We had an amazing time in Rocky Point! The unit is perfectly located right on the beach with a beautiful beachfront view. You can literally walk straight out from the condo onto the sand, which made the stay even more relaxing and convenient. The home was fully stocked with great amenities, including a Keurig coffee machine, a regular drip coffee maker, sugar, creamer, and everything you could need while staying away from home. We truly felt comfortable and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Condo was so comfortable with all items inside clean & beautiful. Excellent location with beach view right outside all the windows ground floor easy access to ocean. Will be back for sure

Lovely home and beach

We absolutely loved the home and beach access! The check in check out process was so easy. The only things I would note is the beach was pretty dirty from littering, but that is not the property owners! It was a very busy weekend with a lot of people! We would most definitely stay here again, especially for extended vacations.

I Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

Everything was amazing. The owner always answered promptly. Only a couple things to ask/do … ask owner how the hot water works and have the property unlock the gates to the beach.

We loved our stay at Las Gaviotas! It was such a clean and beautiful home! Literally steps from the beach. My three little ones loved it! Very nice spacious kitchen to cook in and with a beautiful view.The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies! The grill out on the patio was perfect and my husband was please with that. It was walking distance from the local markets and restaurants. We will definitely book with Tom again! Thank you! The Alvarado Family

Excellent Beach Side Location

The condo is really nice. The location is excellent. You are right on the beach. Walk out the door down a couple of stairs and you are on the beach. You are also close to town and near to everything. The only cons were the water pressure isn't very good for showering. The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. I don't know if the pool heater is broken or just hadn't been turned on and last if youhave any mobility issues there are about 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot going down to the condo. All in all we loved the property and would definetly stay again. Hopefully next time the pool heater is working.
