We loved this house. We’ve been coming to Seagrove for years and were happy with this house and location. The pools and neighborhood were great. Only misleading thing is that while the access to the beach is private, the actual beach itself is public. Golf cart was a fun perk and management was great to communicate with

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay at Limoncello.. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Having access to the golf cart was a nice perk. Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice manual was provided with restaurant suggestions and tips on anything you might need within the area. Will enjoy staying here again.

Winter Sojourn

Came down for a long weekend in February (Presidents day) for the Seaside Half Marathon. Had a great stay here. Very comfy house, the front porch was great. The living room was cozy and furniture throughout the house comfortable and clean. The house had everything we need! The neighborhood was very quiet (we were in offseason) but we did meet the neighbors and they were very friendly. My kids loved the heated pool and close access to the beach. We had a blast on the golf cart. It was fun to zoom around to local restaurants. We would definitely book here again. I highly recommend!

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay at Limoncello very much. The home is very nice and had plenty of space. The location was also fantastic with a very easy walk to the pool and beach and great proximity to nearby shops and restaurants. The street also has a nice, quiet feel to it. We hope to return again and would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Family Stay

We loved the location and setup of Limoncello for our stay with myself, my husband, our one-year-old and my parents for Thanksgiving! The neighborhood was adorable and very walkable to many of the things we needed. We loved the open floor plan of the first level that allowed our toddler to run free without much risk! Communication was great, house was just as pictured, and we really enjoyed our time!

Our kids and grandkids joined us and stayed a week here. We all were so comfortable, and enjoyed the community, pool and stroll to the beach daily. The porch and balcony were so nice at night in mid October. The temps were absolutely perfect. I will be back and I feel October is our new month to visit.

Annual Beach Trip

We were very pleased with the property and area. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was right down the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean and spacious. We loved hanging out on the front porches, the area was quiet and felt very safe. I highly recommend setting up a beach chair service! We looked into it before we arrived and I’m glad we did, the beach was pretty much a line of reserved chairs. Overall we had an excellent trip and will definitely be back!

not our favorite

Limoncello was not our favorite place compared to other Summer's Edge properties we've stayed in. There were no blankets. The description of bathroom on the 1st floor is deceiving with the shower stall by the back door. The kitchen table looks like it's going to break in the middle. The blinds in the bedrooms let so much light in that if the house on either side has lights on at night you can't sleep - it would be nice to have window panels to help block the light.

Perfect for a couples vacay!

This house was so perfect for 3 couples to enjoy for the week! The private beach access was super close, and there was also a public access through eastern lake that was less than 5 minutes away on foot and 1 minute away by bike! The only downside to the private beach access was that the area right in front of the access was sectioned off for another community, and we could not set up our stuff there. We had to walk a little ways down the beach to put up our beach camp. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager. She texted me saying we could check in earlier and we were able to continue texting that number throughout the week if we needed anything. You’ll be happy you chose this place!

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Limoncello. The location was great, convenient to 30a, steps to the beach and heated pool. The layout of the home worked well for our 2 families. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and dishes. We had an issue with the washer leaking, but property management was quick to come check on it, it required a new washer but they offered to have our laundry sent out if needed. The home does need some TLC, the laminate on the kitchen cabinets is peeling and needs attention as well as the blinds on the front door. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again

Great location but needs some TLC

Location is great and kitchen is well stocked. Upstairs deck is great. But there are a lot of little things that need to be addressed - toaster is missing handles, peeling cabinet in kitchen, broken tile in bathroom. Bunk beds are a little fragile. Dining table is badly bowed in the middle. Bathroom downstairs is odd. Toilet in 1 room and shower is in laundry room next to back door. No one other than kids can get use out of it. Overall a good value, but not fancy.

We would rent again

We appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the closeness to the beautiful beach. A couple minor things could be attended to, but it doesn't affect my 5-star rating. Love Limoncello and the whole area!

Plenty of room, great layout, & love the porch swing.

We had a total of 7 people including 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and it was great to have a gas grill out behind the house. Easy pool and beach access, and about an equal distance to Destin or Panama City.

Great neighborhood

Great location and clean. House in need of updates and remodeling especially bathrooms and kitchen. Heavily worn surfaces, ie cabinets, floor, walls, need painting. Contacted management during stay multiple times with no responses.
